Worst experience ever, this person was attempting to do a job, we needed to transfer money internationally she kept asking us for a number she had clearly in front of her face. She could not find a swift key, we had 2 accounts this was not fun

Went in for a notary they wanted me to make an appointment for 2hrs later. And there was no one in there/busy but he had the time to explain why I needed an appointment, approximately the same amount of time to do a SIMPLE notary definitely would not recommend this branch to anyone

Terrible terrible terrible. Wife’s bad was stolen cc phone wallet etc and 1900 was used from my account and this bank told me they could not recover my funds. What is the point in a bank if they can not protect your money

I waited like 15 minutes to open a bank account. The service was great. very friendly financial advisor name Bruno. I would defenitely go back again if I need any help with banking services.

Edit: They've finally fixed the ATM and updated it with a new one. Changing review from 1 star to 4. I have not used the inside services.Original post: The ATM rarely accepts cash deposits. On multiple occasions I have come here to make cash deposits of varying amounts, sometimes 20s, sometimes 100s. The ATM will accept either none or some of your bills. I was there this past week to deposit three 100 dollar bills. All 3 bills were rejected. Two or three weeks ago, I attempted to deposit roughly twenty 20 dollar bills and the machine spit all but a couple back out. Literally the worst ATM I've ever used. You'd think a Chase Bank would have this fixed but clearly they don't. I work off hours, so I need an ATM that actually works that is close by. I've had to use a different location that is father away as of late. I have not used the inside services but based on the reviews, I think that's a good thing.

You can't even get to talk to a banker in a more private environment; you have to take your personal business to the front/window where everyone gets to hear your personal business. They can't even put a stop automatic withdrawal on an account that you no longer do business with. They seem to be okay with the company keep taking your money even when you bring in the proof that money should no longer be taken out..

They only have one atm and it’s barely ever working. Have to drive 15 mins away anytime I wanna use the atm past open hours.
