About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ledgewood, NJ, is known for providing a smooth and hassle-free rental experience with friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the quick process, often completing paperwork in just a few minutes, and the availability of the latest vehicle models, such as the Chrysler Pacifica. The staff is consistently helpful, courteous, and efficient, making repeat customers feel valued and well taken care of. Many reviews highlight the seamless service, especially for those needing a rental for errands, weekend getaways, or when their own cars are in the shop. However, some concerns have been raised regarding onsite parking, as renters need to park in an opposite commercial lot, which may pose towing risks. Additionally, a few customers experienced issues with vehicle maintenance, such as tire pressure and fluid levels, during their rentals, emphasizing the importance of checking the car before use. Overall, the location is highly recommended for its reliable service, friendly staff, and convenient rental options, making it a popular choice for locals needing a rental car.

I was very pleased with the service provided by branch manager Daniel Chung. He put me in a car that was absolutely perfect for me and the overall experience was quick, efficient and painless. I come to this part of NJ every year and I will use this Ledgewood branch again because of the great service. Thank you!
