I’ve genuinely never had a worst nail experience in my life. She started painting my nails before asking me if I liked the color, left me bleeding after cutting my cuticules and the nails are extremely patchy. The studio was dirty and it was expensive. I will never come here again.

I am not someone who regularly gets pedicures, but decided to randomly treat myself that day. I had never been to the salon before but thought I would give it a try with no appointment. They took me right away. I was greeted with a smile from Lisa and sat down. While getting in my seat, I noticed she was watching a show on her phone, she leaned it up on the little table where they keep supplies. I thought that maybe once we got started she would stop. Unfortunately, she was using sharp nail tools on my feet while also glancing over at her phone. I decided to say something to her. I told her that I came to relax and it is hard to relax when someone is using sharp tools on your feet and also watching tv. She immediately backpedaled, apologizing. She tried starting small talk but by that point the damage was already done. I paid $35 then asked her to break a $20 bill for tip. She had the nerve to ask if “2 tens were ok” I asked for smaller change and tipped $5. Unfortunately I left feeling annoyed and unhappy with my experience. I hope Lisa gets some more training on how to deliver a service in a professional manner

Absolutely horrible. One of the workers cut my foot and it is extremely expensive. I do not recomend at all. Lastly, I only went here to paint my nails and it cost $42 on its own!!

I once visited this nail salon and showed a simple nail design picture to a very friendly lady. However, she couldn’t do my nails the way I wanted. The design ended up looking like a second-grade painting. While I appreciate her kindness, she should have been honest about her limitations and perhaps asked someone else to do my nails.

I’ve been coming her for over 20 yrs! I can’t say enough about Kim and her crew! They are so accommodating and give the best pedicures and manicures! Love this place and I highly recommend it!

i’m literally obsessed with how my nails turned out! unfortunately, i don’t know the gentleman’s name but he did a great job! i gave him a reference photo and it came out exactly how i envisioned it. i’ll be coming back here again!?
Requested style: along with the tortoise pattern, instead of having all gold nails i wanted a dark green with gold accents??✨

I was in earlier today to get a gel manicure. I’ve been going here for 10 years! The lady who sits in seat #10 was new, I had never seen her before, and in a complete rush to get my nails done. She clipped a quarter of my pinky off and I have bubbles all over my nails. This was for a wedding will be getting them redone elsewhere. I still paid $35 and gave her a $3 tip before I realized how bad she messed up. I will never return. See pictures below!!

Love this place! Kim and Danny run a beautiful clean shop. My nails last 4 weeks and the spa pedicures are amazing. Do yourself a favor and give them a try if your looking for a new place!!

I have been going there now for about more than 2 years and always very welcoming and friendly and clean annnd on time ? I like to go to specifically Lee, but other nail designers are also great. Highly recommend ?
