I am absolutely shocked to see some of the reviews on this location. I have been into this store 3 times in the past week. The manager (John) is a wonderful guy! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I come to this location specifically to see him. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

Had a great experience at GNC Succasunna—John (the manager) was a huge help. Super friendly guy, and knows the store like the back of his hand.
I will definitely be shopping for my supplement there from now on.

Has a problem when members of the gym NEXT DOOR. Go in to buy an energy drink. Started cursing in front of customers about how they were only buying one thing and not in bulk…. Yet they sell individual items. This employee claims to be the manager at this location. Very very unprofessional. Definitely something that should be looked into or addressed.

This place is horrible. I went in here to buy something and the young kid behind the center asked for my email, so I gave it to him. A bunch of text came up in the signature pad and he just mashed the ok button on all of them haha. What a little dirtbag. I’m good I’ll go somewhere else, first and last time.

A Return was refused and was told to come back next month due to revenue numbers. This is obsurd. I was directed to go to another store if I wanted to return it before next month.

An employee kicked me out because I wouldn’t give them my email or sign up for their rewards program. Literally told me to leave and buy my drink somewhere else. I left two complaints with GNC and was treated like they didn’t care. Don’t give this store or company your business.

Ledgewood location really run well. Jason the manager, went out of his way to accommodate my special request when I went in today. Very good service. Worth another try if you had a less than great experience in the past.

Do not go there. Go to the Vitamin Shoppe right down the street. The heavyset woman with glasses is a complete arrogant and disrespectful b****. Extremely rude and kept saying sarcastic and disrespectful comments to me while I was shopping. Will never go there again because of the horrible customer service.
