I was looking for a new good priced car wash, and I think Herbies did a nice job. For $14, I like the fact that they did the undercarriage, triple foam wax and Tire Shine among other things. And most of all from what I could tell, it was a brushless car wash.
I gave them four stars because there were no vacuums, so I’ll have to go elsewhere. Also, the tire shine was not very shiny so I went home and applied my own. I’ll admit I do like a lot of Shine. Overall a very good experience, everyone was very nice too. I’ll go back.

Was in Jersey searched for a car wash from long drive.
Was reasonable in cost.
Wash wax wheel Was $17. Plus a $5 tip. Gentleman wipes down car for you.
Friendly workers.
Cleaned very well.

Looking for a new place. Was intrigued by the “full service” online advertisement. Luckily I read the reviews to learn it is actually not full service. Exterior wash only. Still thought maybe I’d try it out until I saw the owner replying sarcastically to all of the negative reviews. That was quite the turnoff. Would have been much better off ignoring or replying professionally. Anyway.. looked further in and realized I have been here before (couple years ago) and there was a reason I never went back…
* Update following your response. See attached photo. Interior and exterior cleaning is misleading if you are referring to the vacuums customers can use themselves.

Place is horrific. I paid for the gold service. No vaacum,no cleaning windows,nothing. I guy taking money and using a residential power washer than into the wash. No undercarriage spray which is what I wanted for the salt. Than 1 guy half ass drying. Not worth a dollar never mind 20. Place should be shut down for mis advertising and fraud!

The only thing I don’t like is that the sistem is not cleaning the cars and they use very dirty towels and asking for tips no thanks they should pay more to those guys that are cleaning the cars they deserve it honestly they do the hard work
replying to your answer yes the guys working there they are very good guys honest and kind people but Instead of tips why don’t you pay them more per hour they are not forcing to tip but seen the bucket there makes you think that the compay wants the people to give tips

Quick and courteous. I really appreciate not getting out of my car for the wash process (I don't understand why some car washes do this, it's an added nuisance to the process). The towel dry at the end is what makes the service exceptional IMO.

I went to this car wash today around 10:45.. while car wash all of the sudden it stopped and 30 seconds later it started again and I heard some noise didn’t know what was it.. after I came home I saw that one side of the car has long scratches from to the back.. I went back there to show them.. the guy called himself an owner, came with form strip showing me what they use.. he didn’t even bother to see the damage.. he was very rude and disrespectful.. I have been going to this place for over 15 years for all my 3 cars. Today was the last trip.. definitely need to find new car wash who respect their customers and don’t lie.. also I will make sure to tell as many people as I can about this place.. they should not be in the business.. will be calling business bureau.. they don’t even give a receipt so they don’t have to show cash business..IRS should do an audit on them..

Worst car wash in morris County employees rude and nasty soap leftover on car not enough water to wash off and they wipe the soap out with cloth leaving the car in a mess!!
