Very not helpful I spoke with Tina Rybolt regarding my results and I asked her to sent me my partial results since lab corp had done it several times. ( I also had a Dr appointment that day )She rudely refused to help she was very unprofessional. Definitely Labcorp needs to find a people who has a better costumer service and are more helpful to patients

Waiting time is unacceptable, also dirty Waiting room unacceptable, to have one employee on duty is unacceptable. Something needs to change all the reviews say the same thing yet nothing is being done. Called the corporate office net nasty people working in the entire company. On the bright side technician was friendly and efficient.

I usually go to Labcorp in Succasunna for my blood work, but decided to go to the facility in Landing as it is closer to my home. My appointment was for 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:50. There was one other person in the waiting room. After waiting until 10:20, I asked the other person what time her appointment was for…..9:00 AM!!!! There is only one phlebotomist working here, and the person she was working with had been in there for 45 minutes. Why have us schedule an appointment if there is no way you can honor it? And, how about opening that inner door and letting us know that you are so grossly behind? I was so disgusted that I left, and went down to Succasunna. In and out.
On another note, the waiting room in Landing is filthy. There are boards laying all over the floor where someone took down the 2” trim and just left them lay there. One particular double seat was so full of dust and stains, it was disgusting! All odd pieces of chairs, etc. Looks like they shopped at a garage sale.
Save your time. The waiting room alone does not qualify as a “medical” facility!

They lost my lab sample and never called to tell me it was never analyzed.

This was my second visit to this office. I will not go back. The office looks like someones basement, baseboard ripped off walls, raw wallboard, very shabby. All they worry about is whether insurance will pay, charge your credit card prior to service! The individual I dealt with today in Landing, Nj was very unprofessional, seemed disoriented, coughed consistently, no mask, etc.

Very slow. My appointment was at 9:15 and I wasn’t seen till 9:40am. Only one lab technician is working so I understand why so slow. The waiting area is dirty.I will go to another location after today.Do yourself a favor and do the same.

Quick efficient and pleasant.
I have arrived ahead of time, did online check in and was almost immediately notified to come in.
Lab is on the second floor, to your left.
The technician/receptionist was very pleasant, efficient and excellent at drawing blood. I barely felt the needle going in
Plenty of parking.

While sign-in may be efficient, the skill of phlebotomists here leave something to be desired. Additionally, the waiting room looks dirty and dingy. I've been to other Labcorp locations with good experience, but employees at this location are not very skilled unfortunately.
