We went in on a whim to upgrade our bedding and get an overall better sleep. Shopping for mattress online while informational doesn’t allow you to try the mattress before purchasing. When we arrived at Mattress Firm in Ledgewood we were greeted warmly by Richard Sanders. Throughout our entire shopping experience Richard not only understood our needs but seemed to anticipate them and helped us make an informed decision we were comfortable with financially and practically. The entire time we worked with Richard felt like an old friend instead of a salesmen. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Richard Sanders kindness and professionalism was ummatched. In an industry where mattress salesmen are akin to car salesmen, Richard tailored our mattress purchase above and beyond our expectations. We left feeling confident and couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you again Richard for your help. Time to finally get a good nights sleep thanks to you.

Had a great time trying out all the mattresses. Jeremy was excellent and knowledgable, able to relate to me and a good conversationalist. Looking forward to our delivery of our new bed! I’m sure my wife will enjoy the massage setting.
