I come to Midas for all of my car needs since the muffler fell off my car last spring. It started as just being the closest place to get to in a hurry, but as I’ve come here more and more I realized I’ve yet to find a place with better service, quality, and overall value than Midas when it comes to my car needs. They treat you like a friend as soon as you walk in the door and let me use their phone charger whenever I need one. Thanks Midas!

I use to go here frequently and during the Black Friday special I got four new tires out on my sedan. I was experiencing issues with the tires or possibly something around that area…however I ended up waiting two hours. While sitting there the receptionist inside the establishment said “I guess he really likes your civic he’s been gone for almost thirty minutes now.” Now from someone who is currently pursuing their MBA anybody who says that to their customer after already waiting an hour is beyond belief. Eventually, when the technician came back he was slamming on my breaks in the parking lot and neither of the mechanics could specify where the problem was coming from nor did they rotate my tires as I asked since that’s what comes with the tires they put on. Disappointed because I came here quite often although that will not be the case moving forward.

I First came to this midas location for a major suspension job that many shops either wanted to charge $10,000+ to complete or refused to do the job all together. Ed was able to get it done in a very timely manner & for a very reasonable price. Ive been coming back for routine maintenance on my car ever since & i have not been disappointed. One of the best shops in the area.
