I would give negative star if there is a option. Zero customer service, only 1restroom, ALL PAID PARKING $20 a Night and NO publicly visible sign.
Do not waste your time. They will not say anything for few hours, eventually will knock on the window in the middle of your sleep and you do not have any option to move at that time because of the HOS.

They can be nice people but they apparently dont understand the law
New Jersey law states they must have signs staying pay to park without signs they cannot enforce

We got parked to be greeted by someone wanting us to pay for parking like knocking on the door. We were staying 2 nights and they charged $60. They have no showers 1 toilet in the bathroom. Our second day they came knocking to see our recept to see if we paid, unbelievable. This should not be classed as a Pilot 1 junky truck stop. I will not be back. And I recommend you don't stop. Someone pulled in for a sub and they were right at his door clip board and camera. Walked around taking pics of everyone's truck. Money hungry people.

No showers rarely any parking and if there is parking it is not free all parking is not free. The only good thing is the subway.
