Alan the facility manager is very accommodating. He replaced the lightbulb and pull chain in my 10 x 15 unit quickly and efficiently, based on my schedule. The access control via the app works well.

Rented a 10x10 unit in D building. There three months. Mold on almost everything (except items in plastic bins). Told management. They are aware, they just don't care. Their insurance won't cover mold. Most the items I wanted to keep are now being thrown away. I came here from another storage facility to save a few dollars. Lost most my stuff. Not worth it.

Heather and the team at Public storage are great.
Very informative, polite, and professional.
We had a very unusual experience.
There was an actual earthquake during our meeting.
We were all a little unerved by it, but Heather and the team remained professional.

I've tried to return the keys to the until 4 times. 4 times there has been absolutely no one to hand them off to. They're on the ground now, hope I never have to use public storage again

Just found out after renting a unit for 5 years that none of the cameras have been working for over a year. When questioned on it the area manager said that they don't need to have cameras it's not part of the rent but this is one thing they point out as a security feature when you rent the unit.
