The manager Morales is by far the best manager who is beyond professional and exceptionally accommodating. My favorite TD bank in the entire state. I know good service and customer care. They are on point!

Dealing with an estate and beneficiaries is overwhelming. I am very grateful and thankful for Dottie Newsome. What a pleasure it was to find someone that is so helpful. This bank is truly Outstanding. Each Bank Representative has always been consistently knowledgeable, 100% customer-focused, takes initiative, amicable, integrity-based, and has always provided me with the utmost respect and trustworthy, financial advice. This branch leads by example, I did read TD Bank's mission statement and core values--it doesn't get any better than the Team at TD Bank of Succasunna. Posting on behalf of Joe Ippolito:I had the pleasure of working with Dorothy (Dottie) Newsome. I had quite a few things I needed to get down with TD Bank, like opening up a new account, dealing with the owner of an estate for a passed family member, and helping me with adding my credit cards and bank accounts to my phone. The entire time, Dottie was so pleasant and patient through every task. She made the process as smooth as possible and was incredibly helpful (especially with showing me how to use my phone for banking). I will always go back to Dottie with anything I need through TD Bank. Thanks for all the help Dottie!

I stopped at the TD Bank in Succasunna today around 11:30. I wanted to talk about my CD. I sat down with a TD Bank employee, and he said he just wand to finish writing something down for a client. He then ignored me, and started to dial the phone to speak to someone. I am sitting there in person, and he just ignored me. I had enough and left. Will never use this location again. Poor client service.

Had horrible experience with Darsit. Treated me with such disrespect. Made me feel like it was my fault my account was hacked. Didn't try to help just accused me of wrong doing

WARNING Family member had a horrible experience when an employee gave incorrect information that a check was cleared when actually it had not and turned out to be a bad FRAUDULENT check. Bottom line it was not the banks fault. Think twice.
