Recently purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Anthony Gonzalez. Such a knowledgeable and helpful sales man. Truly appreciate everything he did to make this deal happen. He was constantly following up with me to make sure I was aware of everything going on with the car, from service, to updates on tires and brakes. Less than a week from seeing the truck to leaving home with it. Great service, great car! Thank you Ant!!!!

Last Monday, I brought my car to Towne Ledgewood Toyota for an oil change and was told that I desperately needed to get my front and back brakes done. Totaling close to $900's. I was not prepared to spend that kind of money as I was only there for an oil change. The service person said he was very concerned about my brakes. During the week, I reached out to another mechanic that was recommended. Unfortunately, I could not be seen until the following Tuesday. On a side note, I was scheduled to pick up my child from college but due to the brake issue, I did not want to risk going out of state so I was not able to pick him up. Today I went to a local mechanic about my brakes. At this shop, both mechanics questioned why I brought my car. They stated although my brakes had some wear, there was no need to get my brakes repaired at this time. Thank goodness for honest mechanics. I would warn anyone who plans on getting serviced at Ledgewood Toyota. At the very least get a second opinion.

This place sucks and the service sucks for some of the workers and people on this team working at this Toyota dealership!The Technician (Tech) just didn't do his job! Technician named is: J. Dobaczewski. The Service Advisor did not check the work of the operating and technical personnel. He didn't make sure and didn't do his job either. Service Advisor Name is: Ronnie Williams.This service was not professional. Sludge is full. I didn't get the service I paid for. I did a full inspection and inspection of my car at this location. I paid money, including for the replacement of the wiper blade on the windshield. I paid for this service: $41 without taxes. After receiving the car, when I left this ill-fated place, the mountains of Toyota Service, I saw that my cleaning brush was old, broken, and they didn't even replace it. That is, this dealership is a Toyota dealership, the workers from this place had the audacity to just take money for air. My experience was terrible! Although I was the first time in this place! In the end, the cashier on my card, a guy more like his name: Ronnie Williams, charged even more money, about $ 5 more than what was on the final bill! As I was paying, this Ronnie Williams, snatched the cash register right out of my hands, even though I was about to mail myself a receipt for the payment.About your work and all your service in general.I visited your car dealership today on Tuesday March 7, 2023. My scheduled visit time is 2pm.I was in your salon today. I had an appointment for 2pm. I paid you for a full service including an oil change, a windshield wiper blade and a cabin filter. Based on your work, upon receiving the car, I discovered that the wiper blade on my windshield was old. I mean, I paid money but your dealer didn't replace it. And I still have a broken rubber band on the wiper blade on my car's windshield. Also I am not satisfied with your service and the quality of your service. I am attaching a photo of only one detail. For this reason, I will contact my bank and cancel this transaction.I'll have to check all the other work I paid my money for, because I'm not at all sure that this car dealership has done its job. I think these workers again made a mistake and missed and did not check the work of this Technician who supposedly did his job for which I paid my money.A couple of minutes ago I opened the hood of my car to make sure what was going on inside at all after your service at your Towne Toyota dealership. And I discovered another very unpleasant detail about all your yesterday's work. Namely, your tech mechanic didn't even add the rest of the fluids that my car needs. The photographs clearly show that the measure of these fluids is absolutely below normal. When I gave my car away, I once again told your front desk girlfriend that I needed a full service, including checking all other fluids, except for engine oil. I have nothing but good to say about this dealership from purchasing to servicing they always treat me with respect and service my vehicle to the highest standards. They also do not try to tack on repairs. This is where they deserve high marks it's a good feeling to take good care of your vehicle and have them acknowledge it with a vote of confidence . That means something to me .keep up the solid consistency that I've become accustomed to and I will recommend this place to friends and family. Good job!!!!

I like Towne Ledgwood Toyota over some other Toyota dealerships just east of here. I have always been satisfied. There are two things. One that can improve the other one you just have to aware of. One, their responsiveness needs to be improved. You get a text message when you leave a car but when you text back, there is no answer. You have to call and you need to be pushy. Overall responsiveness can be improved. Second, the location is a bit weird. Getting in and getting out could be very odd. Just a heads up. My wife hates getting out and then going to the I-80 and have all sorts of confusing signs. Just be aware. Overall solid three stars!

Purchased pre owned Toyota recently with a Toyota battery with an install date of 12/18. Today 12/30/22 the battery died and the battery has an 84 month transferrable warranty. Went to this dealer ro obtain new battery since its under 'warrant'. Parts person is useless and manager tells me I need original paperwork. What I am supposed to contact original owner for a battery receipt from 2018? What a scam. Beware of purchasing any warranties.....you need to swim across the Atlantic ocean before anything is honored. I will return to Corporate Toyota on their opinion on these transferrable 'warranties'

5 star for Ronnie my service agent and David the Mechanic who was able to take care of my wife's car last minute on a Saturday for an emergency break Job and tire sensor issue. Extra thanks to David who fixed our tire sensor issue that other mechanic shops couldn't fix. It's nice to find a place with REAL mechanics that know what they are doing. It took David less then 2 hrs. I brought snacks and waited in the waiting roo. Waiting area was nice and clean. They had free coffee and water. Also some vending machines. The free WiFi is fast. Next time i will bring my laptop get some work done while i wait. Thanks you

I leased my vehicle here 3 years ago. That process was SO easy even with a 4 year old in tow. Today I bought that car out of my lease... again, it was so easy. Over the years I've been in and out for service. After every other dealership experience I've had, Towne is a dream. Everyone is super friendly and I feel that they genuinely care about their customers. I have to give a special shoutout to Fred D who has been an absolute pleasure since the day he first handed me my keys 3 years ago! Thank you to the entire staff, keep doing what youre doing!

Terrible service. They do not return calls. Overcharged me 35% over on parts. Did not honor 10% discount as advertised on their webpage. Argued with me instead of fixing the problem. Blamed me. Charged me $600 for a repair that could have been done by my regular mechanic for $300.00. Charged $145 per hour to replace a simple plastic wheel splash guard. I'll never buy another car from this dealer. I suggest Morristown Toyota insteaD.

Had a problem with the payoff on my trade in that turned out to be the original finance companies fault. Jake Mackoff contacted me directly and personally fixed the problem. He was in constant contact with me providing updates. Truly professional. Fred Hammerich was our salesman and made the process fast and easy. This is not your typical car dealer. Definately recommend them.

Purchased another Toyota from Dave Decker - this time a 2021 RAV4 for my daughter. The process could not have gone any smoother. Dave was friendly, professional and funny - making the entire buying process a breeze. Sales Manager Frank Gimabattista is a caring and honest individual that expedited the purchase and was very flexible with my requirements. There should be no reason to go anywhere else for a Toyota, except to this dealership - that excels in a no-nonsense transaction, while putting the customer at ease. Looking forward to getting both of my Toyotas serviced when needed.

I bought a Venza from Towne Toyota this week. I worked with Paul Fortunato as the Internet rep and Rich Irwin as the salesperson. It went flawlessly. Working via text and email, I told Paul the vehicle I wanted to purchase, he worked with me to quickly offer what I knew was a fair price, Rich helped me get a low car loan rate, and we closed the deal within a few hours. I picked up the car two days later, and I was in and out in an hour. I would recommend Rich, Paul and Towne Toyota wholeheartedly for your car purchasing needs.
