Called for a simple question to see if they had phone in stock. Thats all. Was asked other questions that i was going to answer once i got there if they had phone in stock. Waste of time.

I've been coming here every month to pay my bill on the machine in the back. When I walk through the door, not a single employee has ever acknowledged my presence.. Not a "hello" or "how can I help you?". I even try to make eye contact but these employees are not human. They are robots with not an ounce of personality. I'm typically the only customer in the store when I arrive so there's no reason why they ignore me. This isn't a one time occurrence... It's EVERY time.That's why I take my business elsewhere when it comes to purchasing a new phone. They've lost me as a customer.

My wife and I purchased 2 s23 phones 2 months ago. I started having issues with my phone. We went to Verizon and was greeted by Brian. He worked on the phone but couldn't get it working.. he got Steve who worked with him for over an hr. It was decided to get a new phone. The phone came in 2 days... went back to Verizon got all the information transferred by Brian... when I got home tried it out and had the same issues. So back to the store the next day. When I arrived 2 employees were on their device's, heads down. Finally 1 asked can I help you.. never lifting his head. I started telling him what was going on and he said.. you need technical support. We are not technicians. I tried again and he said the same thing. The other employee said he could download an app from Samsung that may help. My wife and I left completely frustrated. At this point I'm not really sure I would go back to this store or even recommend it. Maybe Verizon needs to have a class on customer service, then maybe the rating would be higher then 3.7

Sebastian at the ledgewood nj store was so very helpful and friendly. He made sure my old phone synced to my new phone and the old phone was reset. We had a FANTASTIC conversation while this process happened. Please give Sebastian my regards. He rules.

Went into the store on Sunday, 12-24 and all the employees were sitting there like it was a bar doing absolutely nothing. Could not get the employees name but he approached me asking if I needed help and what not I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone he looked up my number and said I do not have permission to do so. After arguing with the Neanderthal with the dumb eye brow slit for 10 minutes shaking in anger because of the pure stupidity I went up to the group of guys sitting there doing absolutely nothing and they said they cant help. I called customer service they said to go to another store I went to Rockaway and they got me a new phone in 10 minutes NO ISSUE. Called customer service to complain and they were dumbfounded that they would not serve me when this entire time I was an ACCOUNT MANAGER. Extremely unprofessional and that's the mentality of someone who sells phones for a living.

Just went into the store to get a new phone. The one I have is 5 years old and battery does no hold a charge. After trying to sell me a home internet package, several times, several times going to the back. They are trying to tell me the cheapest option will add 50$ a month to my phone bill. I asked about the older model of the same phone and am being told that one is even more expensive , somehow. Left without a phone and no reasonable option. Maybe if I purchased their home internet service they would be willing to sell a phone. I think it's time to cancel and go to AT&T.

Our experience in buying our 2 phones was great..5 star, however; 2 days later I had a few questions since the new phones were different. Tried to call but you can never get a human to talk to so I drove over with my questions. I was told I should go to Apple to learn how to use the new phone as they have classes. Also said there was a 1 and a half hour wait so they couldn't help me. Spent a lot of money there on two phones and new chargers, covers, etc. This was not good business to treat a good customer this way. Should have bought the phones at the Apple Store.

Total holes at this store. No surprise is Verizon. Not known for best service flat out. Took 76yr old auntie there for new phone. She wanted S22fe. Disappeared in back for twenty minutes and came out saying they didn't have it and we needed to go to Denville. Got to Denville they said they didn't have it and sent us to store on rt 10 also in Denville. They then informed us no one has in stock and I has to be ordered. If you truly want the run around go there.

Mike Ramos was extremely knowledgeable and helpful at this location. I was able to apply and get approved for a Verizon Visa card within minutes which will lower my monthly bill $30/month.My husband and I went back two days later and Mike transferred all data from his old phone to the new one. He was very friendly and answered all concerns/questions thoroughly. Will definitely not waste my time calling Verizon Customer Service again anytime soon. Thank you Michael!Unfortunately Verizon Wireless customer service were pretty useless when I had to change my plan recently and asked about my $10/line autopay/paperless billing discount. Apparently I never received it so have file a complaint with the FCC. Customer service at Verizon Wireless instructed me to go to the store if I wanted to get a Verizon Visa Card which would lower my bill $10/line/month x 3 which I could not do online due to an error message and no one could help me. Hence the trip to the store.

Was in the store for 15 minutes, not one employee even looked up at my husband or I. Someone else walked in an was greeted immediately. Stood by the service table and continued to be blatantly ignored horrible customer service
