This place has no self respect. As soon as you walk into their shared lobby, you'll see the enormous spider webs and dustbunnys to your left. Gross. Then, on the examination machines, nothing was used as a barrier where you place your chin on the equipment. They also didnt correctly determine what my prescription was at first. The first lense they gave me for my left eye was blurry. Finally, I needed to pay and leave, and it took 45 minutes for them to find a code they needed not to overcharge me. (It obviously would've taken longer if I didn't speak up and ask them why I was just sitting there.) I'll definitely go somewhere else next time.

The pre exam nurse was great. The women who did the other things were not so much. They very loudly were talking about men they would date and who is on the market very loudly without even caring for the customers. It's just a pet peeve of mine. If customers are here, look busy. But everyone else was awesome. The doctor who did the exam was very knowledgeable and nice. Overall a good experience and I would also tell others to come here but I would warn them to beware of current men gossip.

The attention was very poor. The receptionist gave me an attitude. It looked like I was asking something for free. The same thing happened with my husband. Totally disappointed.

The staff at the store is eager to provide you with the utmost experience. Whether its an eye exam, frame's or both! The hardest part of wearing glasses is picking the right frame. Their wide selection makes it a lot easier!

Staff was helpful in showing options in frames, lenses, pricing in coordination and knowledgeable of frame durability. Atmosphere was pleasant and professional but never rushing.

Customer service and communication was wonderful. It was my first time at this location and the staff was extremely accommodating in spite of me being a walk in with no appointment. The testing machines were clean and quiet. The technician appeared to be knowledgeable and pleasant explaining throughout the session. I reside in Middletown my but plan to make this my primary Visionworks as my daughter resides on New Jersey. The Optomologist was very supportive and assisted with me understanding my vision. The prices by far was excellent as well. I can go on and on.

Excellent service across all various facets of the visit. 1) I was a walk-in and they took me the same day (less than a 1/2 hour wait time). 2) Although they had switched to a new system since my last visit, they persevered in locating my information and I didn't have to start a profile from scratch. 3) the exam was very thorough. What I liked the most was how detailed they were in explaining what each exam step entailed. 4) the doctor was very amiable and put me at ease. She reviewed the imaging with me in a precise manner and answered all my questions with clarity. 5) excellent selection of frames and the assistance in setting up the lenses to frames options was well done. In conclusion, I've been going here for some time, and I will continue to do so.
