Front door unlocked so I went in but was told they are not open. We let them handle our money but they can't remember to lock a door behind them.

I've been trying to connect with Michael Pett for over a month to make adjustments to my acct. He doesn't return calls...ever. Moving to the Morristown location where review seem to much better.

I went to the Succasunna location to take care of some banking business for my elderly father. I needed to get a Power of Attorney ASAP and was a bit confused about banking procedures in this regard. The Branch Manager, Jessica Thompson, met with me, explained what needed to be done and referred me to Ruben Caban, to get the necessary paperwork done. Jessica and Ruben were great and addressed all my concerns. Not only were they super efficient, but every manager out there should take lessons on how to deliver customer service from Jessica: polite, gracious, attentive, friendly and reaches out to the customers. A++ JOB!!

So happy I left Wells Fargo. Noel the manager and his sidekick Aruna are crude, unhelpful people. My mom was a customer of theirs for over 50 years and they didn't help her prepare for anything in the future. I used the drive thru. Gave them both my ID and my moms ID to make a withdrawal for my elderly mom who was bedridden. My brother in law is a VP at a different bank so he told me I wouldn't have any problems. Next thing I know they're telling me on the intercom that I'm "on camera" and that they want to have me arrested. Lol meanwhile, just a few days before that Aruna was begging me to become a customer of the bank. I then said to the girl at the window. "Would you like a photo of the other side of my face?" I'm not doing anything illegal. On top of that --- we are a family of physicians. I'm as clean-cut as it gets. Explained my mom was now bedridden but they could have cared less. Noel the manager called the house without my knowledge --to see if my mom would pick up. Duh!!! She's bedridden. At any rate, I have a fantastic relationship with a different bank that doesn't threaten people and appreciates my $$$$$$$$$$$. Eat my dust Wells Fargo!!! You're a bunch of crooks and you always will be!!!

Usually not a long line. If I ever have a problem there is always banker there to help me. I use the ATM or mobile deposit for speed and convenience.

such amazing service from one of the bankers today. His name was Angel.. VERY professional, friendly, and helpful. So glad I switched from TD to Wells Fargo :)
