Worst customer service ever. Lost my debit card was told 5-7 days to get new one. I was leaving on a trip and they told me i would have the card before I left. 4 weeks later no card and no help. Don’t bother calling because apparently, no one can do anything to help you or knows what you can do. You’re better off keeping your money in your mattress. I’m completely disgusted with the whole experience.

Today october 18th. At 9:15 am , i tried to do a transaction at this branch and a lady clerk came to me with her hand extended, i told her “good morning” twice and she stared at me angry and said “gime the card fast! Im taking care of the drivethru window aswell”
I was shocked of her attitude wich definatly feel is a big lack of respect.
evenThe person behind me mentioned how rude she was.
I was dressed as a construction worker but that shouldnt be a problem if i have all my money with you guys.
I have a business account with you guys, a personal checking ,my savings and also two CVs.
What else do i need to be treated with respect.

Got a call from Darlene today regaurding my foreign currency pickup
No one told me at the time of purchase that if u dont pick up the currency it will be sent back . She was extremly rude . She needs to learn some manners and also needs training on how to talk to customers. She lkept saying if u dont take it soon they will take it back. I asked her who is they, she said i dont know. Then i asked how long can u hold the currency according to policy she said i dont know. Extremely incompetant woman . And then finally she said oh i have to go and hung up the call.

If i can give this “bank” a 0 i would.. Amanda the manager, rude and very unprofessional.. i was waiting first to talk to somebody and she assumed, yes!! Assumed another person was first without asking who was next, when i made it clear i was first, she kept insisting about another client was first that i just walked out. she embarrassed me in front others, never coming back to this “bank” branch again. Please have educated and respectful employees managing this store.

WELLS FARGO once again this bank is not trust worthy Wells Fargo stay clear of. They work with Zelle. They authorized an unauthorized Zelle transaction from my accounts. They don’t fight for their customers.

This bank branch is totally incompetent. I rolled coins they couldn’t count it properly and tried to give me less than the actual value. Every transaction at this branch is like pulling teeth. Yesterday I went to make a deposit, they were strict with the identification. I gave my driver license. I also said I can give my banking card. It is ridiculous.

Front door unlocked so I went in but was told they are not open. We let them handle our money but they can't remember to lock a door behind them.

I went to the Succasunna location to take care of some banking business for my elderly father. I needed to get a Power of Attorney ASAP and was a bit confused about banking procedures in this regard. The Branch Manager, Jessica Thompson, met with me, explained what needed to be done and referred me to Ruben Caban, to get the necessary paperwork done. Jessica and Ruben were great and addressed all my concerns. Not only were they super efficient, but every manager out there should take lessons on how to deliver customer service from Jessica: polite, gracious, attentive, friendly and reaches out to the customers. A++ JOB!!
