Working with John on the sale of our home was an absolute pleasure. He’s thoughtful, caring and extremely reliable. He was always willing to answer any and all questions and really made us comfortable throughout the whole process.

John was my real estate agent for the sale of my mother's townhouse/condo in Alderbrook in Little Silver. We chose John because he was the agent for the most recent sale of the same style home in Alderbrook and not only knows the local real estate market but especially Alderbrook’s. I especially relied on John since I live on the west coast and could not be in New Jersey. HIs experience was crucial in developing a strategy to successfully sell the house in a challenging December market. We sold my mother's house for a record price for that model. Most importantly, he represented us during the inspection process and found experienced workers to prepare the house for sale and complete a few repairs before the close.
John is very personable (seems to know everybody in the business) and is a terrific communicator, keeping me informed during every step and and allowing me to make the appropriate decisions during the entire process. John is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. We could not have gotten this done, this well, with anyone else.
