I recommend this store as others do get overcrowded however at this location they always have employees at all counters ensuring you are in out quick and easy. “After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

“This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”
“I had the best interaction with Isabella Rose from this FedEx tonight, they were incredible working with five different customers on various issues including me who had a major print issue (with Canva) that they helped me fix for a major upcoming work conference. Everyone there was complimenting them and I’ve never see a harder more educated and passionate FedEx worker going above and beyond the call of duty, even staying late and listening to customers concerns. It was truly an unforgettable interaction. Thank you so much, Isabella!”

“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!!

“My complaint is to let your drivers know that when they drop off packages at Primrose Place Apartments there's a notice on the frint door -do not leave packages in the lobby and to bring them to the apartment but your drivers are leaving packages in the lobby on the floor so somebody's medication is on the floor in the lobby and I just thought I'd let you know. Your drivers are dropping the ball here. People pay for door to door delivery. I know someone who worked for FedEx it was intense time-sensitive non-stop I understand it but I also know he did what he had to do and he did it right. Btw I never had an issue at this location dropping off stuff always helpful”
“Love this post office! Very convenient, no parking issues and the folks are very helpful! I drive extra miles to use this post office to avoid my own town post office which is always crowded and slow.”

“This is my local Post Office. It is near so the neighbors do not need to go another mile to get to another Post Office. It is really convenient. The mails get to me in time almost without exception. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood so it is not as busy as other big Post Offices. Get to know the staff and you should enjoy doing business with them.”
“I’ve always had nice service at this location and it’s a really good place if you know your way around shipping. It is a smaller location so they aren’t as staffed as one of the bigger branch’s and they do close midday for lunch, they have the hours on the front door.”

“The BEST Post Office staffed by the friendliest and knowledgeable and most helpful team. They retrieved a Priority Mail package stuck in a doom loop (my bad, the address was not legible to a scanner) and brought it home! They really are the BEST!”
