I was calling around for a passenger front window motor and regulator for my Honda. When I called the associate was very helpful and patient as I explained what I was looking for. When I arrived another associate helped me at checkout. Both of the associates took the time to make sure I got what I needed, gave me some advice about the part, and explained the partial lifetime store warranty for the part. The associates names were Will and Josh. I definitely appreciated their help.

Pretty much sent my customer there for sway bar bushings that were the correct ones employee tells me customer they won't work and they are the wrong ones when they were the correct ones and know what I am looking for.

Dealer wanted $85 to install a cabin filter in a 2021 Toyota Highlander. I watched a YouTube video on how to replace it. I saved over $50 doing it myself. It only took 10 minutes. The salesperson at Adavnced was very helpful!

Made an online order with advanced auto. They sent me the wrong part as my mechanic was saying it was not going to work. (It was a starter) Manager of this store was rude and accused me of installing the part and proceeded to call me a liar. Terrible service. Will never walk into this store again.

Advance is a joke I asked a employee at the desk to price match a part from the same company and the same part number from auto because autozone only had one instilled and I need 4 so I call this dump to ask the guy that answer, has no manner or sense of customer service, he said they do price match and when I told him Brookline said no he changed he’s kind I guess when I told him what he said the first time didn’t match what he said the second time and he hung up.
