Military service member here. Went in after something fell off the bottom of my car on the highway. I found this spot on the map and they helped me out, no questions asked. My car was already fixed within 10 minutes. The manager was very kind, she even thanked me for my service. I made sure to thank them for theirs because their service was excellent!

This review is well deserved and unfortunately, long overdue. My wife and I had a tree fall on our beloved 2009 Mustang over a year ago now. We took it to Runnemede Caliber and they fixed her up like she was brand new and even repaired damages that were already there knowing it would have caused issues down the road. That is ultimate service and the good of humanity at its finest. I highly recommend this Caliber Collision facility in Runnemede. They put their heart and passion into fixing your car and I am very grateful they were the ones servicung our beloved family car. Thank you all at the Runnemede Caliber Collision! She is still running good as every!

The people that work here are definitely knowledgeable about car repairs. I bought a new car from a dealership near me and after two months I noticed a blue spot on my red car. It looked like the paint was coming off and you could see the primer.I took it to the dealership and they told me a stone that damaged the car and would not repair it. They did not even investigate if a stone caused this suppose damage. I took it to Calibar collision to see if they knew what csused it. The mechanic took a rag and a stain remover spray and after some effort it was gone. They saved me a lot of time and money for something that simple. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

The staff kept me fully informed from start to finish. The repairs were completed with no indication of the prior condition of the vehicle when it was dropped off.

Made an appointment for an estimate only to show up and have them refuse to give me an estimate. Gave me some nonsensical story about how they won’t do that for Geico policy holders. But yet Geico knew I was going there for an estimate and was fine with it. But Caliber just flat out refused to give me an estimate. How do you just refuse a customer like that? Thanks for wasting my time.
