I purchased a car in June and it is lying on the side of the road in March. All these guys care about is selling cars they don't care what happens when you leave the lot. They're telling me my warranty doesn't cover my repairs and I have a $9,000 bill on a 14,000 loan. They didn't even look at my car and they do not want to help me it's been over a month. Buyer beware.

My husband and I came for a Jeep and we are walking out with a Jeep. I’m so happy and they made us feel like a million bucks.
Update: bought the car Saturday and Sunday morning there was an issue. The windshield was leaking, the trunk was leaking. Water damage inside the car from water getting in and just sitting. My car smells like still water and mold. My air suspension also needs servicing since the car was sitting for a long time. Things I wish were disclosed to us before signing any paperwork. Now not even 3 weeks after getting my jeep I have to get it serviced. I never had to go through something like this. I’ve purchased some many cars from dealerships and buy here pay here places and got good cars. This has been a bad experience since day 2. I don’t think I’ll buy another car from here. I want my car fixed like it should have been. We shall see if my car gets fixed

Very grateful for helping me getting on the road with my credit situation at the time! Unfortunately my Subaru Forester that I purchased came with a lot of problems. I spend approximately 4,000 dollars to get my SUV fixed and I still have stuff to repair on it. Such as the exhaust system, ABS Sensors and Tire pressure. I had to get a new battery, spark plugs, engine coils, power steering pump, radiator, Steering/suspension, Strut(s) rear rotor brakes fixed.

So I bought My Wife a car from here and all went well….. until we went to the car wash the next day and water came pouring in. Called their office and had to wait 3 hrs before I decided to call back to see how this issue will get fixed. I’m now sitting at what looks like a glass shop that looks deserted. There’s no 1 here to help and I’m being told to wait an hr and see what happens. Hopefully I’m not here forever, please please please check your car before driving off the lot. We did but we didn’t think the windshield wasn’t attached to the body so there’s that 🤷🏽♂️I’ll update once I get a solution if that comes

Shady and completely ignorant. Got 12 text messages in one day. Called to complain and ask to be removed. Following day same thing, called again ignorant guy lance answering the phone hung up on me twice. Shady business practices. Based on this I wouldn’t trust putting 1 dollar their vending machine let alone a car.

This establishment is beyond a 1-star rating; it deserves far less. The manager's leadership is atrocious and unacceptable, and he needs to be terminated immediately. The owners must urgently re-evaluate their hiring practices and recognize the immense damage this individual is inflicting on their business. He is utterly unfit for his role.
My experience was appalling. I was harassed from the moment I submitted my initial inquiry. After providing my information, they completely ghosted me, leaving me waiting for 4-5 hours with no follow-up. This egregious lack of communication should be a massive red flag for anyone considering doing business here. When I finally called back, I was subjected to the most unbelievably rude, ignorant, and racist behavior from this so-called manager. His conduct was shocking and unprofessional. Under no circumstances should you patronize this establishment while this manager remains in charge. His toxic leadership is clearly impacting the entire operation, and until he is replaced, your experience is likely to be just as negative, if not worse.

I am big on honesty and from the moment I met the salesman, I could tell he was not interested in providing me information on the advertised $999 Down program that I had inquired about by phone and upon arrival. I am grateful that I found a better purchase at another dealership with honest salesmen that offered exactly as advertised. I was able to get a suv with less mileage, less money down and more accessories. Salesman asked for triple the money down for a vehicle with less value. I truly dodged a bullet and I am very happy with my new suv purchase. I happened to observe that this place was not active long and I pray business practices are improved if they want to stick around. 🙏🏾💙

Be careful when purchasing a car here . Got a car in December and within a month the car is having transmission issues. Slips out of gear while driving on the highway. Extremely dangerous. I have reached out to the dealership and I get the runaround from Steve the manager who is very unprofessional in his position saying I have been calling you . Ya ok he lies through his teeth. Don’t believe him. They say they are backed up with fixing cars . They just don’t want to fix my car because I have been asking them for months to fix my car. Steve even tried to get me and his mechanic together how unprofessional that is as a manager.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had they wasted multiple days of my time and after showing up at the dealership with the down payment, they asked for they told me I was no longer approved for the auto loan so I was then stuck driving home in the same vehicle I drove in with And hits to my credit. They were unnecessary. They also wasted multiple hours of my time telling me to come in a different day on multiple occasions just to beat me around the bush when it came down to buying a vehicle I would never go here again. They also had sold multiple cars out from under me when I told them I was coming back with the down payment and was willing to leave a deposit

I was approved for a vehicle from them in Novemeber. By December I had to have the car towed back to them due to a battery issue. Was told that I can't wait inside while they work on the car. We get the car fixed which I was charged for and less then a month later the car engine died. Avoid this place. They do not sell quality vehicles. If I could give no stars I would.

Contacted dealership several times and no response this was just for the initial application then when I finally did get some where after days mind you they said we were approved with the 999 down no mention of any other fees so at this point not knowing about the other fees they said we will match you with a vehicle and get right back to you oh no here goes another few more days still nothing so today I get a hold of a manager and says unfortunately people in the dealership take presence over callers. So when the manager says hold on he comes back to me and says oh now you need 2500 down can you do that or not. Explained I was told just the 999 was all I needed and he said I'm sorry but it's 2500 yes or no. Communication sucks, I think they got tired of me calling and knew I could only do 1000 and raised the down payment. Poor poor place to do business with started with Chris who never responded then went to Tom who never responded then went to Alex who never responded. Keep in mind buyers who call in get put on the back burner.

I do not suggest wasting your time going here. Everything on the lot is 999 down plus taxes and fees not only that none of their vehicles come with any kind of warranty. They all said no dealer warranty. I do suggest going to City Select in Pennsauken I have preppy credit, a repo, and bankruptcy on my credit and I got approved for 500 down and 228 every other week so go to City Select in Pennsauken NJ and I got a warranty on my vehicle!
