Rushed to pharmacy after getting done work since I know they close at 9. I arrived at 8:50 and there was one person in the drive through ahead of me. She was taken care of and then the person working made eye contact with me and pulled down the curtain. I pull up, watch her clock out or shut off her computer as the curtain is see-through…she doesn’t even look my way and just walks away. The time was 8:55.\\n\\nPharmacy hours are until 9:00pm. I guess this employee ends their shift early ?\\u200d♂️

Don’t waste your time here. I was in line for 20 minutes waiting on my prescription at the drive through. It took so long that the person in front of me just left without getting their medication. They had a line of 5 cars waiting. So unprofessional and inconvenient.

This location and every other location are delayed and rude. I wish my job allowed me to not complete work and go on my merry way. If a non narcotic is placed two days ago it would be assumed ready that day or next… wrong. Two days later and I have to go in person to get it resolved? Some meds need to be started at a certain time and they wonder why you’re upset. I’m switching because month after month I have to deal with this. Get it together!

This is the slowest CVS I've ever been to. My Dr. sent over two prescriptions before noon and I went to pick the up at 4 PM. They ask me to wait 10 minutes. Well ten minutes turned into an hour and forty minutes. Every time I went to the counter they said ten to 15 minutes more. The lady behind the counter found it funny that I had to wait so long. One script they told me they ran out of it and then they said they did have it... Was it the lack of organization or laziness? I don't know. I'll ask my Dr. to send my scripts to another pharmacy from now on.

I drove 5 miles to this CVS because it was open until midnight, get there at 11:57 and the doors are locked and two people standing at the register I knock and they wave there arms like they are closed. I then pointed to my watch. The lady there on a Saturday said our registers are down. I told them I needed one thing but 12:02 they locked the doors and were off. poor service

The pharmacy at this CVS location has the worst customer service. They are not friendly, welcoming or willing to show any interest in me as a customer and that my business matters. They are sharp, impersonal and make me feel more like I am bothering them when I come to pick up a prescription. If you are going to ask me to spell my last name, let me spell it, don't cut me off after the first 4 letters with "Date of birth". I think it is ridiculous when I get to the drive up and see a sign posted that states "Drive Up closed due to short staffing. Please come inside to pick up your prescription". Really? What about someone who might not be able to come in? There is NOTHING customer centric about this pharmacy. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Do better CVS.

I used to love this cvs, the front store staff and pharmacy folks were so wonderful, friendly and helpful…. I don’t know what happened but the folks that work there now especially in the pharmacy are awful… it’s just so impersonal and if you say hi or start with a questions the immediate and not pleasant response is NAME…..
planning on switching pharmacies.

50 pills missing from my controlled order. They refuse the blame. It’s my fault they said. I’ve been a patient for 20 years. I’m not a addict and they know that. Staff is rude and refuse to help. Will NEVER use them again. And i highly recommended no one else does either. Months ago the y did the same thing...filled a Rx for 90 pills and gave me 30. Another time they gave me someone else’s RX...Percocet at that!!!!! Of course of i returned it immediately.

I can't leave negative stars.This location refuses to allow any returns. Stating covid as a reason. I have school supplies I purchased in Sept. I attempted to return them 3 days later but was told they were not accepting any returns and to hold onto the receipt. I tried yet again today (12/11) and was refused once again. I understand perishable items but school supplies? Walgreen's and other competitors are easily taking returns. This is a real inconvenience and I plan to take my business elsewhere.
