For an update- with Rite Aid and Walgreens closing in the area having placed a higher demand and burden on local pharmacies. This CVS being one of them. The employees here should be thanked by corporate CVS. But no. Corporate CVS just wants to use as little payroll as possible, understaff the store and use the employees like robots. Sad Corporate CVS, you are pathetically sad.
Thank you employees at the store level for doing the best with the incompetent upper management you have to deal with.
The staff here has always been very friendly and courteous. With covid they certainly have been so under staffed, and still do an excellent job. I hope cvs corporate reads these reviews and compliments and commends all the staff here. Remember it is not at the store level, it is cvs corporate to assist and rectify.

Nice location, has a drive thru. But honestly, as a provider, it is HELL to call this pharmacy. It shouldn’t be this difficult to call a script in. On the patient side, it shouldn’t be this difficult to pick up your meds. I can only assume this is willful negligence. ANSWER YOUR PHONES. Also the phone system doesn’t allow voicemails to be left, but the pharmacist insists that you leave a message. Which is it CVS????? WHICH IS IT

Worst phone system i have ever had to use in my life. All I want to do is refill a prescription and the phone system says it did but weeks later and it's still not refilled.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
I moved to Bellmawr and now go back to Haddon Twp they have great customer service. I have tried many times with the Runnemede store always a problem along with rudeness. Tonight was the last straw. Runnemede has the attitude you get your meds when I’m ready to give them to you

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do us all a favor and shut this location down or change ownership. The store workers are fabulous while the pharmacy is a gaggle of inept fools. Every single time I have a prior authorization, it's an unnecessarily delayed process that leaves me without my medication for days at a time. My doctor takes care of their part straight away and my insurance company approves the PA same day. CVS, however, delays the process by OVER A WEEK at times simply because they don't want to go into the system and hit refresh. I'm switching to Amazon Pharmacy (which I didn't want to do in lieu of the not wanting them to have all that data on me). They get me medication in two days and don't give my medication to others when my approval is already in the system.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I fill a lot of prescriptions and this is my favorite pharmacy I've used in well, decades honestly. I never have to wait in line. My scripts are always filled timely. The doctors and staff are friendly. The store is clean. Items are well stocked. I like the location. Nice parking lot.

I had an issue with a prescription that should’ve been on auto refill and both Pallav and Jessie were helpful in resolving the issue while I was at the store. After speaking with insurance I was able to get this refilled right in store without having to go home again after already trying to refill in the app/calling on the phone. Even while it was busy they were still able to provide great customer service and wanted to highlight them for their hard work!

Pharmacy staff are egregiously incompetent. The worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. I've finally had enough and am transferring my prescriptions. This is your warning. If you actually want a prescription filled, do not go to cvs runnemede.
