These vultures sent me a memorial notice one month after my father passed away begging for me to pay them money to do some kind of memorial. Really?!?!?! I don't know how they got my address, but rest assured they won't be getting any business from my family. I will also make sure others know about this travesty.

I wish there was a Zero star option. The most out of date shop there is. The slowest place that has no idea when anything will be in! It’s 2023 and we’re still using the Covid excuse for delayed shippings and assuming it’s just on back order but not even taking the time to call and find out any real information from the suppliers. Joe the manager is by far the MOST IGNORANT person I’ve ever talked to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Make sure you do your research on them and other shops and stay away from all of them that are entwined by the same owners, because they provide the same horrible customer service!

I would not refer this place to anyone. We ordered a grave marker for my brother September 2021. We had to pay 100% up front with no call backs or updates. I was told in May 2022 the stone was ready. I called every couple weeks to see and when the stone would be placed. No call backs but definitely a lack of customer service, courtesy or organization. We were just informed , August 2022, that the grave marker is NOT ready due to granite supplies!!! What???How long can COVID-19 be blamed for the lack of competence ? Communication and honesty is the key to great customer service. It may be time to retire!!!

I had a bronze tombstone made at J Roberts & Sons for my brother in 2015 and i was very please with the work that they did. The staff is excellent, courteous and very helpful in making sure your needs are met. I am going back to get one for my mom.

Just thought you would want to know what Robert’s Memorials did. I took My funeral directors advice and shopped around for the stone. Robert's gave me an all inclusive price 975$ to beat out enchanted 1020$ memorials which included the vase. It did not include the cemetery fee to place the stone. Exactly what enchanted offered.Now they are up charging me after I gave them the deposit. I have been going back and forth with them over this for well over two months. I am going to be out 500$ deposit and God knows what else. I would not recommend them to anyone.I am a lifelong Runnemede resident and believe in servicing local businesses.

The people there were all very caring and kind during a difficult time. Since I do not live in the area they even provided to me a picture of the marker once it was installed.

Cant say enough about J Robers & Sons. They have helped our family through some rough times and have always provided Grade A customer service. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a proper memorial for a loved one.

My brother and I visited to choose Mom's headstone, and worked with Mr Vico who thoroughly explained the choices (color, sizes, styles, engraving, etc) and pricing. He had a nice bedside manner, appreciative/understandfing of how stressful this process is for families of lost loved ones.
