My partner and I went for a consultation appointment prior to getting engaged and from start to finish we couldn’t be more obsessed with the whole team and our rings as well! At our appointment for my engagement ring, I tried on different styles, and truly loved so many of the options ECJ had to offer that I was overwhelmed. I told my partner that he could just surprise me and I didnt care what it looked like as long as it felt like ‘me’. My partner proceeded to work closely with Natalie and the rest of the team over many months to design a custom ring that is now my most treasured piece of jewelry that I own. It is a true heirloom piece that I know will be treasured in our family for generations; they even incorporated diamonds from my grandmother's wedding band into the ring which makes it that much more special.
When it came to getting our wedding bands, it was a no-brainer that we were also going to work with ECJ. My partner designed a stunning custom ring and I chose one of their beautiful traditional ‘twig’ bands. Sam, our ECJ contact even went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner with engraving on the inside of his ring. We are so obsessed with everything ECJ and if my budget allowed I would have bought a million more pieces from them for our wedding!”
“Went to get some repairs done for the first time after finding them on Google. The staff was all around great, very fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped repair my gold chain beyond what I was expecting, and even returned it cleaner than the day I bought it. I also had a Movado watch band that needed a simple repair and even though it was simple, it required an expert to make it. They told me if they couldn't fix it, they would pass it to someone who could, and they did. Everything was done in a timely manner and prices were super fair. “This store is an absolute DREAM. Whether you want neon signs, buzzing electrical decor, vintage glass eyes (they have tons!), ventriloquist dummies, Victorian jewelry, teeth, furniture, or hard to find delicate antique items, they have it in abundance.
