“I can’t say enough about the service, care and craftsmanship of Spivak Jewelers! I came in to have my center stone reset in my original setting after it had fallen out, and after speaking with Josh, came up with a totally different plan. He was very patient as I emailed him a few changes to our original discussion. I reviewed the CAD drawing with Josh’s Dad and Master Jeweler, Gary. Gary is an unbelievable artist! He redesigned part of the CAD drawing and turned the original design to a WOW ring with a few pencil strokes. It was such a great experience, that I’m going back in a few months to redesign an anniversary band for our 30th! It was such a joyful experience and everyone there is so warm-I felt like they are as excited with the final ring as I am.”

The most significant project was resetting a large diamond from its original setting into a new engagement ring. Michael provided expert guidance throughout the process, helping me create the ring I had always envisioned. He also resized a cherished family ring to make it larger and resized a gold ring smaller while carefully preserving the engraving inside.

“This place provides excellent custom design work. They were able to create a solid 22k gold locket with incredible detail and craftsmanship.
They are very busy and can be a bit slow to respond to calls and emails, but overall I found them to be trustworthy and professional. I provided material for the project, and there were some questions regarding the final weight and fabrication losses. They took the time to discuss the process with me, provided additional information, returned some remaining gold value, and offered a discount on labor.
In the end, I was very happy with the finished piece. Their work is highly skilled, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for custom jewelry projects.”
