I bought Lundmark TSP, which honestly should be trisodium phosphate. Nowhere does it says its a substitute. When I went to return my unopened container, she refused, saying I don't take any chemicals back. I know there are several things that specifically say are not returnable on signs in the store, and the receipt says 7 day exchange policy, no returns on electrical/controls/boiler/water heater supplies, but chemicals are not mentioned. The product is misrepresented, and the store return policy is ridiculous, but they're happy to take your money.

This hardware store is great. Family owned and the workers are soo nice. This cute little hardware store gets a line of oeople, but moves soo quickly, there is no reason for anyone to complain. Thete are 2 registers to make it easier when people are finished shopping or if one needs something specificlike oaint ir keys or other jobs being done by contractirs, construction, or the simply beefing sonething for the home.. Plenty of workers to help.
I've been here maybe a handful if times, maybe more and the interaction to checkout am was great. I support small family businesses. Though it's Brotgers Ace Hardware, a family of workers are a dime a dozen. I love that there's still hardware shops in this area, because there's hardly any left. I hope this one stays around for more years. We need shops like this around. I highly recommend this hardware store for any and all needs. From simple key making to project to anything in between.

It’s so convenient to have the hardware store so close to home. I go there as often as I can for my needs instead of going to the huge box stores. Always helpful and friendly. Thank you again
