Huge branch with one teller. They want you to do all your banking electronically and remotely. They closed the drive up . Plenty of parking.

Every time i have to have any in person chores always gonna be highly disappointed. No one really works appropriately at this location for years now. They are rude, un responsible and never care about customers inquiries.

This location customers service sucks , went there today at the teller working at 3pm is redirecting every customers , the person infront me was drawing, she is directing to the atm and I'm at the teller because I choose not to use the atm.! I'm trying to make a deposit for mom have her card and my ID and cash.. they don't allow what stupid reason is that, I'm just depositing and I'm not taking cash whats wrong with that?!

I went to get set up a new account, I made an appointment and I went in basically right away. (make an appointment because they serve them first otherwise you’ll be waiting a while). I got helped by Sarrail Morales and a nice lady at the front desk. very good service. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusting. Over 10 people online and only 1 teller and the manger sitting by door doing nothing. Time for new manger or it’s time to change banks. Chase much better oh Bank of America banks going down terrible photo provided for proof. Please don’t reply with a cheesy text sorry sir blah blah it’s every time same situation get your act together terrible service would give negative 5 start if option was there. Manger literally doing nothing while people waiting on line. This manger needs to be fired

The customer service there is the worst. The waiting line had 5 people and only 1 teller, there were 4 other staffers sitting around not focusing on a customer in front of them. Not at all customer focused

Another trip to this awful branch - hire some people!!!! Get the 'managers' out of the back offices to help.. your disrespect of your customers' time isn't right.

The persons working as tellers are good enough at what they do.However, any more complex products that require input from non-teller staff are very slow - after being told it would take 10 minutes to be serviced, I left after waiting 40 minutes. And a person was put in front of me, it seems because the person assigning slots can do that. Service issues aside, this was unprofessional at best.
