I ordered a small whopper meal, and I requested onion rings instead of fries and unsweetened ice tea. Instead, I received fries & Coke. Which the drive-through person wouldn't correct. needless to say, I didn't eat the fries or drink the soda.

Worst chicken burger I ever had. Patty was so hard, I could not even chew.Seemed like they refried 2 day old chicken and served.

Staff is very good and friendly, but food is trash. Have you ever tried coke without sugar? And nobody's have such big burgers and leave custumer hungry with it.

Haven't been to bk in some time but new clean store so went back got a whopper meal monz sticks large onion rings the whopper was disgraceful thinner than Wendy's regular burger had one sour pickle very little lettuce one end piece of tomato will not be going to bk anymore back to WENDY'SParking: Nothing elseKid-friendliness: Nothing else

Indicative of fast food in this modern day, the new remodel has this Burger King looking cold, sterile and unwelcoming...it's like taking a lunchbreak in a WeWork office.There still seems to be a bias toward dive thru customers over those who come inside.And once inside, there's a bias toward ordering on screens rather than dealing with a human.Kid-friendliness: The design looks less kid-friendly than ever.

The manager for the drive-thru window was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when her worker could not hear what I was saying for my order.

I ordered on Uber eats. Went and picked it up. First of all I went to drive tru cause I was on my break from work then told me to come inside. That took 5mins to get help. I get my food thank god I checked before I left. Cause I order two double cheeseburgers they have regular cheeseburgers. I brought back in again it took 5mins to get helped. Told them I got the wrong items. The person making the food had a additude. Came out and asked what was wrong. Then went back and couldn’t remember what I said. I will never go there again.

Ordered on the app at 1:20 pm for drive-thru pickup. I didn't get the order until 1:58 pm. Inside, no one was waiting for their other, only three customers were seated and enjoying their meal. Drive-thru orders after us all got their orders in a timely fashion. Not only did we get our order late, we didn't even get an apology nor acknowledgement. Very poor customer service.

I’m came back to this BK thinking it would be good but it wasn’t good as last time. First they got my order wrong and I place the order online. Luckily I ate inside so they were able to fix it. Second their new wrap is cold and undercooked. The only good thing were the fries and for sure they were old fries.

The young lady who took my order today couldn't get one thing correct via the drive thru speaker (understandable sometimes with busy area noise) ...what impressed me so much that I felt compelled to write a review was the amount of attitude she garnered in the whopping 30 seconds between ordering and handing me my food; all because she has a listening problem. When I asked if she had the soda in the order (because I didn't see it on the screen and she wasn't getting anything right) she acted like she was doing me a favor by 'adding' a soda at the window. Listen friend, I said it at the speaker - you know, where you were getting everything wrong- so there wasn't really a need to come after me about that. Firstly, she shouldn't be in customer service with the attitude she has, and secondly if she has no idea how to comprehend basic things then she should not have an attitude towards someone else. Perhaps it's the 24inch eyelash extensions that were blocking the view of her screen causing her to my type order incorrectly- still unsure. However it can be confirmed that they most definitely MUST be the cause of her hitting Coke instead of Diet Coke as requested, because it just...couldn't possibly be her. It could also be the 'fresh out of prison' persona she is proud to display. Tough to find good help these days ...and I'm sure this won't be her only glowing review. we can do better BK!

Where do I begin? This used to be a great location to grab something at the drive thru. Even during Covid they were great. Orders were taken correctly and things were delivered prompt and hot. But seriously in the last six months or so I don't know what is going on at this BK location. I realize maybe it's different people and different shifts but it doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is when I go I will wait at least 10-15 minutes after actually placing my order. I've seen the drive thru have at least 6-8 cars waiting sometimes. It's awful. I've even tried ordering on the app for a pick up and I still wait 5-10 minutes to get it. Idk why this place has gone down hill so much. I hope they will address their attention to detail as well because even when we finally get our order it always seems something is missing or just overall wrong.
