Do not go here. I was told $48 over the phone which is why I let him scan my car for a code. Took my car to him to read a code my car was throwing then they proceed to charge me $150 for the code. He proceeded to tell me that he could not even do the job because he did not have the tools. This shop Scanned my car which takes less then 20 minutes, charges me a full hour of labor and does not even fix the problem after that because he does not have the tools to do so. I read the same code with my $20 autozone scanner in 5 minutes compared to his “professional mechanics” taking a supposed whole hour to scan my car. This man is a scam. Will not be going back here to this joke of a shop.

I had a frustrating experience with this shop due to a miscommunication over the phone. I explained that I needed an inspection for a vehicle I purchased through Carvana, and they told me they could take care of it. However, instead of performing the state inspection I needed, they only conducted a general vehicle inspection.
When I arrived to pick up the car and expected to receive the inspection sticker, I was told they couldn’t complete the state inspection and that I’d need to take it elsewhere. While I could have been more specific in saying “state inspection,” I’m a first-time car buyer and expected that a professional shop—especially one that likely deals with used, out-of-state vehicles regularly—would understand what I needed and clarify the process.
To make matters worse, after completing the unnecessary inspection, they told me I could get the required state inspection for free in Secaucus—information that would’ve saved me time and money if shared upfront. I don’t feel they acted in good faith or with the expertise I expected, and unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this shop to others.
