I've been going to the store 5 years and I work across the street from them. But the owner or manager was very rude, money hungry, and customer negligence.
This is not a dollar store nor a discounts store, I got an expensive frame for $7.99 plus tax it came to be $8.47. A couple minutes later it fell part, so I saved the receipt and frame to show the owner. And his response was "not my responsibility not my problem buy another one". Yet on the receipt it says exchanges only with receipt. I was very disappointed he could of been more kind, understanding he didn't make any sense. The material of course is bad quality anyways, made in China. Please as a God fearing Christian woman, save your money do not go to that store.

Purchased $40 worth of balloons for a birthday party and by the time I got home, about a 5 minute drive, 5 of the 10 were already deflated. Balloons are of poor quality; better taking the drive to a big box store. Or anywhere else for that matter.

Had some balloons blown up (I provided the balloons) and the sweet employee was so helpful! She helped me to my car with them too (store was empty so she was able to leave for a few seconds)Great selection of party stuff and other household things you might need in a pinch. Great store!

This store is one that has a very advantageous location, right by Station Square. It has within, as its name says, all kinds of party decorations and goods to help go with a party. They also have a small selection of artificial flowers and flower decorations. There are as well, some small household cleaners and cleaning items. However, if you're looking for major bargains on higher quality items, you'll have to look elsewhere, as most of the things sold here are , at best, one or two times things you can use, and then just toss. Also, if you're looking for certain refrigerated beverages, do it early in the week, as they run out of stock quite frequently.

Me and my son just moved to town. He's four and they have such a wide assortment if everything from toys, party goods, part favors and even arts and crafts supply and sooo adorable! We love this store and the workers are always so kind and helpful. :) check them out if ur ever in a rush for gift wrapping and also even kids gifts

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. I bought a toy that did not turn on when we brought it home. I brought it back the next morning (within 24 hours) and they refused to return or exchange it. They stated that the toy was "broken" by me/customer -- the toy was never even played with or touched as it did not even turn on after it was taken out of the box. The woman was incredibly rude, accusatory and I will never give my business here again. I love to support the small business in this town and am very appreciative we have them! However, I will never go back here again. She also claimed that there was no boss or supervisor that she could connect me with to discuss further. After reading other reviews, I see I am not alone and notice that this is a pattern. Very odd business--- you are better off at a dollar store (mostly the same products, except for the toys) or paying more at a store with integrity and decent customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.My daughter bought a toy, brought it home, and discovered it was broken.She returned the very next day with the receipt and they would not exchange the toy or refund her $27. The woman acted wild and accused her of breaking the toy. Rude and wrong on every level.I had to give a star in order to post. They deserve zero.
