My experience was, the staff seemed like nice guys at first, and specifically stated that the car I chose was immaculate. It turned out to have several issues they failed to mention, and the customer service and Friendliness went away pretty quickly. They simply wanted to get rid of the car and not deal with me any further. Typical used car sales tactics.

No high pressure sales tactics and no unexpected fees at the time of purchase. This was important to me, because I live far away and didn't want any nasty surprises when the time came to pay for the truck. The staff was helpful when I called to ask questions about the truck, and they sent me pictures that I requested, saving me a trip.
I got a nice truck from them at a fair price. I drove over an hour each way to get to their place, and I would do it again. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from Faraj Auto Traders and had a great experience. Mark and his team were professional, honest, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. They even allowed me to take the car to a Toyota dealership for a pre-purchase inspection, which gave me peace of mind.
After the purchase, I noticed a couple of small things and Mark was quick to respond, willing to take a look, and showed that he truly stands behind what he sells. That kind of customer service is rare, especially when buying a car as-is.
The car itself has been solid, the price was fair, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I plan on coming back to Faraj Auto Traders for future maintenance like oil changes, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used car and a dealer that treats you with respect.
