What a great find! Cute little cafe with a pretty decent selection of food. I'm a vegan, and there were a number of different things on the menu that I wanted to try. I settled with the Hansel and Gretel wrap (hummus wrap) which was really quite delicious. It came with a salad and I ended up just putting most of it in the wrap. Very fresh ingredients, too! I also got the Moroccan Chai, which has coconut in it. The flavor of it was really nice, though I would say it could have been blended for a little while longer as there were still chunks of ice in it. They did have soy milk though!! Great prices, too. The place doesn't necessarily look like a cafe from the outside. You go in one door into a foyer, then keep walking back past another door to get into the cafe. There are lots of books and magazines around to entertain you. Only thing I'd say is that it took a while for the food to come out, so next time I go I'll call ahead with my order.

I am currently taking Spanish lessons at GainVille and things are going quite well. I am very impressed with both the staff and the facility as a whole. A very inviting atmosphere and state of the art technology are just a few of the assets this facility offers to it's consumers. Check out the cafe for an international coffee or latte as well. The town of Rutherford will really benefit by having this wonderful resource.
