Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn’t sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried.
As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home.
They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. I’m so thankful that this happened to be where I stopped. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made a stressful situation so much better!”

“We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint.
On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back.
Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle.

“They greeted me in the parking lot with full knowledge of my case, took a look at the cause and had correction underway in less than 10 minutes. Waiting to get keys back fro Mike, who is great. But Nelson is better. BTW Adrian is doing the repair who has never performed this specific repair in the past. Also they use fear mongering to sell service. And I have been there twice with a check engine light and because it was not in the R.O. they ignored it.”
