3 stars based off the initial greetingand wait time. Came early bc text told me to, but wait 30 minutes!!! Lady at the front greeted me with a COLD "Can I help you". Seems simple but trust me it was cold, like I was bothering her. X-ray tech was a dream.

I went with my Father for him to have a test done. The doctor's at this place is great and always has been. The staff are rude, nasty, disrespectful, ignorant, and unprofessional. Due to car traffic, we did arrive late. We take responsibility for that, but the behavior of the receptionist's to act nasty was uncalled for. Things happen in life. I'm sure if they had been late to their appointment ( due to no fault of their own ) they would want to have their appt. Especially since they still showed up. Not only that, but to make rude comments and talk to each other about people like they are in 6th grade is pathetic. There is a few who are prejudice and make that shown as well. One of the receptionist had the nerve to say, " If it was up to me I would have not let them come in." Thank God it isn't up to them, because if it was up to me and I was the BOSS your disrespectful behind would be fired. My high recommendation is to hire professional, compassionate understanding workers and my high recommendation is to fire these receptionists.There was another older woman, who had every right to ask questions to get assistance, and just because she needed something a little repeated to understand, the receptionist got impatient, was rude and hiding behind pretending that he cared to help. It was an act. Very sad.The doctor's , the other higher workers who take the tests , etc they are absolutely kind and compassionate. The staff needs a new overall, because if they don't they will loose patients and their practice because of it.So please choose wisely who you hire and workers need training on how to be respectful, etc. These receptionists / workers their days at this facility are done. They need to be fired ASAP.Thank you and have a great day !

no one ever likes to drink the barium though Lynette the imaging tech was so kind so helpful and just a wonderful wonderful person. She made the experience so worth it.
