I was in the side of the road for over 2 hrs waiting on another tow company my roadside assistance called Nick's and explained how long I had already waited Nick's expedited the request were there in 29 mins the driver was amazing made sure I was warm and safe while he got my car, Joe was amazing and Brian was so helpful on the phone. I wish I could give them more stars!

Was heading to the airport and got a flat. Nick’s Towing was great, I had to leave but they picked up my car and brought it to the dealer with no problems at all! They kept me informed every step of the way!
