“I was in contact with Jake, who was quick to respond to my initial quote request and helpful in suggesting paper alternatives when the paper I suggested didn't seem right for the project. Jake was out of town after our initial consultation, but did a wonderful job of connecting me to other members of the team so that I could visit the shop and review the paper choice and look at test prints. Everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.On the whole, Bestype is an affordable and high quality print shop. I will certainly choose them again for other print projects.”

“The only store that is on point is in Newark N.J. do not ever deal with the Fastsign in Bayonne they are horrible and not reliable. The Staff did something to me that was so wrong. I ask for a quote for my son graduation, The second time I try doing this sign the 1st sign I had made was well done a little pricey buy awesome that weighed the price so, I figured I will get another one, but I decide to go to the Fastsign in Bayonne , get it closer to where I live in Jersey City, bad moved I spoke with one of the team, they said they will email me to make sure is correct so I can confirmed, 2 days went by and I saw an email saying they needed more information, they were asking me when he was born ect. so I called them and they stated I sent them an email asking for a congrat on his b-day I told them pls send me the email you said I wrote I never wrote that I told them I will send you a copy of my email requesting a graduation not a b-day, going back and forth with the lady I ask her if I could speak with the person next to you saying this, he was next to her telling her what to say to me and would not get on the phone for me to speak with him I asked for copy of this email they said I sent they would not provide it either then she said it was too late to request anything due to the fact the event was the next day I was so sad I wanted to cry. I went to staple and did one for $40.00 it came out great not like the 1st one but $200. cheaper so now I know where to go from now on (Staples) in 24 hours it was done,
