Called the parts department this morning looking for help with replacing the case for my remote start. I spoke with Greg and from the minute he picked up the phone he was extremely rude and sounded like he did not want to be bothered. I explained to him what happend and he clearly told me that even though I bought my vehicle from a Ford dealership and the remote start was put in at the dealership after I bought it there was nothing they could do and that I had to go somewhere. So that is what I am going to do. I think I'll go to Woodbridge Ford

I recently leased my first car through Quality Auto Mall, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly communicative and respectful of my preferred way of staying in touch. Daisy and Tim followed up consistently without ever feeling pushy, and they made sure I had clear, timely updates throughout the process.
Once I arrived at the dealership, Paul took over and made everything unbelievably smooth. He walked me through every detail, pricing, features, and even the full setup of my new electric vehicle. As a first-time lessee, I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. He made sure I understood how everything worked, from charging to driving modes, and answered every question without rushing me.
The actual paperwork process was quick, clear, and stress-free. What I thought would be overwhelming ended up being the easiest part, thanks to how organized and transparent the team was.
Overall, Quality Auto Mall made my first leasing experience feel comfortable, supported, and straightforward. I’m genuinely grateful for how attentive and helpful everyone was, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers or EV drivers.

The dealership's repairs are dependable and I use them for all work on my Lincoln. My only gripes are the typical dealership prices (labor) and sometimes difficult to get updates if the car is tied up.

My wife and I went in to look at cars. The salesman only showed us one vehicle. The car was on E so we couldn’t even drive it outside of the lot. We asked to see the Maverick and he told us no it wouldn’t be in our benefit. He seemed uninterested and not helpful. Didn’t even show us the numbers he ran. He didn’t even try to help us. Very very disappointing. Do not go here if you’re looking for a good experience.

Service department is amazing. Quick call to discuss what I needed fixed. Scheduled service with a free pickup of my car at my house. They called as soon as they knew the cost of the repair so I could approve it. They provided quotes on other items I asked about and didn't push me to get them. Drop off was also seamless. A+

Excellent customer service. Mobile unit came to the house to take care of car recall issue and fixed it right in the driveway. Very convenient and helpful. Timely and professional and immediately received paperwork as well. An excellent benefit from Ford. Thank you quality auto mall, appreciate this service and will definitely use for future oil changes and other maintenance issues. So much better to sit in the house instead of the dealership while the car is being maintained or fixed!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul Longano at Quality Auto Mall, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Paul and the entire team were extremely accommodating and made everything simple and straightforward. Have been dealing with quality for 15 yrs !! Great sales staff , love my new bronco!!! Tim in sales is the Best! However , service department needs improvement , took car in , day 1 , they checked for problems we explained with backup pictures of what we were seeing on screen as well as Ford pass , as my husband waited , for a few hours , they came back and said , well we don't know what problem is , but we charged battery , which was odd since they replaced battery 2 months prior , my husband was told if it happens again bring it back . Well next day on the screen and Ford pass same thing , my husband took off work went there at 730 am , we are entitled to rental which he asked for , but was told well we are checking things , they let him sit there till 2 pm! Gave him car back , never told him problem just that they did a few things , never gave paperwork and sent him on his way!! I called next day , left messages for Carlos Santana , that I wanted paperwork , HE TILL THIS DAY ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER! has not responded SO CARLOS SEND US THE PAPERWORK ! Pictures show what was going on , one picture shows Ford pass reading at 430 am that my. Car was on ,it wasn't, so something was running, did they ever find it? I don't know they never told us !and have not sent our paperwork !? Also on my service history ,on Ford pass , 2 st visit is there , 2nd one is not! NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WONT PUT UP WITH IT!
