Really cool, hip spot in Caldwell for good Peruvian food. Our server knew exactly what to recommend as well when we asked about the specials, entrees, and appetizers. We had ceviche as a appetizer as well as some Maduros and they were quite tasty. I really enjoyed my main entree which was a Mofongo saltado which adds a nice Dominican fusion/flair to it. For dessert I went with the flan and espresso and I feel like you can't go wrong with that choice. My friends had the tres leches and they mentioned it was super tasty too. Not too many seats in the restaurant so make sure to call ahead and make a reservation.

Been coming to Sabor Peru. Fantastic service, atmosphere, and of course amazing food. Literally can not go wrong with anything on the menu for the main, but you have to go with the empanadas as an appetizer!

So, I'm a Flight Attendant and this restaurant meal preps for me to bring when I go away on my trips. The food at the restaurant is so good, and the staff is so wonderful. I picked up my food the other day and the chef comes out to give it to me and he says, "I made this with love!" EEE!!!! Isn't that the cutest!!?? Diana is always so nice and helpful, and answers all my questions about the menu! SIDE BAR: The restaurant itself is very cute it has different rooms, kinda like if you're dining in a house, very comfortable, perfect for families or a date night, great vibe, very authentic.Dietary restrictions: Very good with accommodating restrictions

Only been there once, at the request of my grandson for his birthday treat ( he goes there often). Food very good, generous portions, prices a little on the high side but sign of the times. Staff not too friendly or attentive, but went there for the food not to make friends.

After a successful escape room with the family and a good family friend, we tried authentic Peruvian cuisine at Sabor Peru to celebrate. The entrance is deceiving, as you head upstairs to the top floor, you are welcomed by a warm, inviting, home-like feel atmosphere which surprisingly fits several tables for diners. Quaintly decorated with various cultural artifacts and warm colors. The staff was also very friendly and hospitable. We tried the Calamar, assorted appetizer platter (Camarones Coco, Papa Rellena, and Huancaina), Churrasco, Mar y Tiera, Chicken Soup, A La Plancha, and Arroz Con Marisco. ?? Everything wad delicious!

I am extremely disappointed with the catering service provided by Sabor Peru. Our recent experience with them was nothing short of a disaster. Initially, the catering order arrived a significant 25 minutes behind schedule. This delay resulted in considerable inconvenience and stress, particularly because we were hosting a memorial lunch to commemorate the first anniversary of my father-in-law's passing. We had emphasized the paramount importance of punctuality when making the order, yet they fell far short of meeting this fundamental expectation. To add insult to injury, I was shocked to find that my Credit Card was charged $100 more than the originally agreed-upon price. The quality of the food itself was good. However, this alone cannot salvage the overall experience, given the significant issues we encountered with the lateness and the unexpected price hike. I strongly advise against considering catering services from Sabor Peru. While their food quality might be commendable, their complete disregard for punctuality and the unwarranted price hike left me extremely dissatisfied. I deeply regret my decision to choose them for our event and have no intention of ever using their catering services or dining at their establishment again.
