Every time i come here and ask for light ice they put extra ice. They also don’t give you your receipts you have to ask even when you’re using a gift card and want to know the balance. No one wants to pay 7 dollars for a cup of ice. Save yourself time and money and go to the one on 17.

I’ve made the mistake to come to this Starbucks more than once. This is by far the worst one around. The service or the drinks are without fail issues every time. About a month and a half ago I ordered 2 iced tea lemonades and was given a DISGUSTING drink that was sweetened with some type of gingerbread syrup or something. Both drinks were totally undrinkable and absolutely repulsive.More recently, my wife and I stopped by after picking up our son from daycare. This time we were the only people in line; we placed our order and drove to the window where we waited… and waited… and waited some more while our drinks were ready at the window and the two people inside played grab-*ss totally ignoring us at the window. I knocked and beeped and finally got one of the adult children to acknowledge us. My drink was again totally wrong and undrinkable and thrown out in a garbage can in the parking lot.I’m not a big fan of leaving negative reviews for a one off, but this place has developed a trend. There is one person I see there everytime I have a bad order and I’m pretty sure that is not a coincidence.

D's attention to detail is spot on, Gio's friendly vibes are contagious, and Gracie's efficiency is lightning-fast! They sprinkle a touch of magic into every cup and make sure our orders are perfect. With their charm and great service, they've turned our coffee runs into delightful experiences. So lets raise our coffee and cheers to this awesome trio for making our Starbucks visits a highlight of the day!

I was in this store a week ago, I ordered a dirty chai latte, two seasonal ginger and one more iced. The guy gave me the three hot drinks the same. So far it doesn't matter, they are all delicious. But the guy at the cash register, very rude and aggressive, insisted that it was the dirty chai latte when the order did not say that. I think this type of store should have a calmer staff. I do not recommend this store because of their terrible service.

I was the first and only custimer waiting to be served and the young lady behind the counter acted as if I wasn't even there. It took her a good 4 minutes before she decided it might be good customer service to ask, "Can I help you?"

Went by the drive through machine to order my food and not a peep came out the machine for around 3 minutes so I was calling for anyone but no one on the other end . This was a bit late at night at 9pm so I had thought it was closed since the Starbucks was not brightly lit . So to leave the drive through I had to drive forward because you can't really back out. Then I see a car at the pick up window so I thought maybe the speaker was broken and that I can still get my drink so I wait behind the car and suddenly I find the barista poking half her body out the window looking at my direction and yelling at the top of her lungs . At that point I was like she not talking to me . So I roll down my window and she's still yelling as to why I couldn't wait and I messed up and why I was not patient and she has only one bar opens. Suddenly I'm like what storm did I just roll into ? So I apologized to her because I thought maybe she had a bad day so she takes my drink order and charges me a ridiculous amount almost 10$ when the drink is 7$ and to top it off a quarter of my drink is empty. Needless to say that was the worst service I have ever seen. And it does not get better when you order inside they ignore you for 10-15 min without even "sorry I'll be right with you".

The tall chai I got through the drive through was just half full. I called and even went back for a new one. I was made to wait over 20min while 5 people after me got their order first. Maybe because I asked for a new one they weren’t ok with that.
