I've had to send or receive items from the store, and had to use their computer to have some financial papers printed up for filing. Great staff!

I've been here less than a dozen times and I've never had a problem that I can recall. I only do simple returns for Amazon usually. Nothing too complicated.

Call before you show up to get notarized, apparently only one person does it and they are not always there obviously.

I actively avoided this UPS Store after doing some Amazon returns here. Employees are unbelievably rude and not helpful. If there were any problems with my labels or QR codes, they declined to help in any way. This happened multiple times during different visits. Luckily I was able to get the account info and figure it out. They are pretty efficient with moving through the line, but the service is so rude other customers look around in confusion after seeing the interaction in front of them. Parking is a mess and very frustrating. Street parking for a shipping business is bad for anyone delivering packages via truck.

Walked several miles to get there, did not realize that Amazon did not give me the option to do a no label no box return. Explained the situation. There were at least 50 boxes sitting behind the counter and I asked for one of them to complete the return and was told to "buy one." There is no reason for boxes that are going in the trash to not be reused and given to someone who needs one. My father worked for UPS for 37 years and could not belive this behavior. Simply embarrassing.

Not open when they say they open. Line of people waiting outside. Employee finally shows up completely disheveled and doesn’t even have their shoes on, doesn’t say a word to all the people waiting outside now almost ten minutes after it should be open, and then slams the door behind her in all the customers faces. Absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. If you need a UPS store and have other options or you need to be somewhere by a certain time, I’d suggest going to another location.

Careless and unaccountable! Shame on you manager “Jay Kim” you don’t even respond to emails or inquiries.Beware when they put your drop off package in a pile and don’t scan it immediately- and tell you that you don’t need a receipt. On January 5th at 7PM I dropped off two packages- An Amazon envelope and a return of $160.boots. I have the Amazon receipt but the associate claimed no receipt was necessary for the boots. Weeks later my return expired with no refund, the tracking number was never scanned- the Rutherford team claimed no responsibility and sent me to Secaucus. Counter service is adequate but lacking near closing.Nothing- DON’T LEAVE THIS STORE WITH OUT SEEING THEM SCAN YOUR PACKAGE. IT’S A SCAM- and the manager is rarely present in the store and does not answer emails. UPS needs to investigate policy here.

Quick service. Love that I can drop off my Amazon returns here and refunds were processed within hours ?Passport photos were not being done when I went 2 weeks ago, but I was able to go to the nearby Staples to get them.

They locked the door early while people were still trying to get in very poor experience

Closed early while I'm dying trying to get a 50lb box to the door. Wouldn't open door when I'm literally having it drop because it's too big to manage. I'm sorry but I worked retail for years. If I'm there before closing time you let me in. Instead of leaving me at the door watching you speed close. I spent my years providing that common courtesy to people and you should too

Sent an envelope of documents via the UPS Store # 5785 located at Orient Way, Rutherford NJ. The envelope arrived at its destination soaking wet and in atrocious condition due to the package being left out unprotected in the weather. As a result, the documents contained within were totally damaged and rendered unusable. I filed a claim with Jay at UPS store # 5785 and provided all the documentation Jay requested to file a claim. I provided over a dozen photos of the damaged transit envelope and the damage to the documents that were shipped. Additionally, proof of the costs for the original documents were provided with credit card receipts. The UPS shipping charges were $111.90 and the costs of securing the documents approximately $60.00.Thereafter, Jay informed me I would be entitled to "about $60.00" as reimbursement. When I questioned Jay on how this amount was determined he stopped communicating with me and ignored my additional written correspondence and phone calls.I understand things can go wrong however the character of a company is revealed by how they deal with their errors, especially an error caused by UPSs gross negligence in handing the package. Needless to say, UPS and their agent Jay have failed miserably. Jay's refusal to respond to legitimate inquiries about damaged caused by UPSs gross negligence speaks volumes about UPS lack of character and professionalism. Caveat emptor!
