KB is the friendliest and most sincere person you'll ever meet at any post office. She goes above and beyond to help customers, always with a smile and a positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in their work like she does. Every visit is smoother and more pleasant thanks to KB. Absolutely deserves 5 stars!

Every time I visit the Rutherford Post Office at 156 Park Ave, KB is there with a smile and a helpful attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, always patient and kind no matter how busy it gets. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on her — KB is truly the heart of this location!

they lost my time sensitive package and they do not care. i sent a legal document as certified mail on 3/7/25 because it needed to be delivered by 3/15/25. the package has no tracking information and it’s now been 8 days since i mailed it and now im out of compliance with my business dealings.
these people have no empathy and they don’t care if your package gets to its destination on time, their only concern is how much can they nickle and dime you.

The lady with the purple braids is an amazing worker, very helpful and professional. Helped us every time with our massive inventory without any attitude. Thanks to her we get our packages scanned every time.

Lovely post office. But the black lady the purple braid was yelling, literally shouting, ‘I ain’t do that, that ain’t part of my job! I do more work then any of ya’ll here’. I mean c’min who talks like that in front of a line full of customers?? She had no shame either. Other than that experience, great staff, but fire here. That sort of culture has no place in Rutherford post office

Update your hours online please. It says you close at 6pm online, but on the front door theres a sticker that states 4pm.

New supervisor was very lazy and does not want to do her job. But other employees were nice specially Khabira, she went above and beyond to help me out.

Agents & Managers at this post office are the best. Specially KB agent & William Manager. They help me all the time. They were able to tracked me a package consider lost for two weeks.
Great people, I sincerely recommend this Post Office 100 %. As the place to go !

A short time ago, when it was pouring cats and dogs, I had to run some errands with my baby. I was at the post office to ship a return package and I had no label. A beautiful, young lady whose name was Khabirna, known as KB in the office, not only helped me, but also was so kind to my baby. While doing her great job, she gave a candy to my baby and helped me so much with the label. I really appreciate her for brightening my day and her excellent service.
