The man checking me out had on earbuds and was having a full on conversation with someone. At times I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me or someone else. Completely and totally unprofessional!

Came here two days in a row to get a passport photo taken. First day they said the guy who takes the photos was out & I asked if he would be in tomorrow they said yes. I walk in today to get my photo taken & they said he isn't here & to come tomorrow. Horrible customer service.
