I like Wells Fargo bank. I have never had a problem with any one of their numerous branches that I use. I mainly deal with the Rutherford, N.J. office. They have always been very helpful with my personal banking needs. When I lived in Pennsylvania the Milford, PA. branch was the same way. Never a problem, always would go out of their way to assist. What else could you ask from a bank?

The best branch in the area. The manager is very helpful and friendly. It was closing time and we needed a new card and to open up a new account and he did both. He took his time and had us out of there quickly.

Everyone is super happy and friendly in this branch. I'm so happy I switched to Wells Fargo. The lines are never long and everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional. Can't be any happier!!!

This is the worst branch of a Wells Fargo that I have ever been to!! No costumer service skills at all.

If you value your time, I would avoid talking face-to-face with a banker here. Came in to get info on setting up an HSA. Banker ignored my query and instead tried to hard-sell me on a new savings account, a new line of credit, a car loan, overdraft protection, and renters insurance. After I declined it all He finally got back to my request but didn't know what an HSA was and had to call Wells Fargo HQ and ultimately had to go on wellsfargo.com to get me answers. Thanks, I know how to use the internet, Mr. Banker.
