Made a 9 am appointment; at 9:05 bank was still closed. What's the point of appointments if the staff can't even open on time?

I never had Wells Fargo account. But I usually go there to deposit someone's check and i see three women work there. They always talk so nice and treat so good. I will get Wells Fargo account soon..

I had atm issue at this branch. Deposited some money but atm miscounted. I informed them. After a while they said we can’t do anything. I decided neither deposit nor use the atms of wells fargo. Be careful please!

I always have the best and the fastest experience at this branch at the supervision of the branch manager Gina. Every time i stop by for a query, it’s always sort it out. I always leave happy with my demands met and queries resolved. Hats off to Gina and her team at this branch.

Had a pleasant experience speaking with Marie the banker. My brain was not working lately maybe due to the hot weather but, she took care of my minor issue and even offered a bottle of water. Customer service is a lost art but you can find it here, thank you Marie.
