Never have an issue with any of the pharmacist besides the older European lady with short hair. Every time I go she has an attitude and tells me she doesn’t have the medication even though I’m looking at it on the shelf. That way d she doesn’t have to fill it right then an there so the other pharmist will have to do it . If I try to use good rx it’s as if she gets mad like the savings is coming out of her pocket.I have insurance through my job it just doesn’t cover my medication I use monthly. I’m sure she gets paid well and they never look to busy so I’m not sure what the fuss is about. I don’t like writing bad reviews but she just gives me bad vibes and I’m always super nice to everyone. she just doesn’t want to work she just sits there if you have questions she talks to you like your stupid an if she has better stuff to do. The other pharmacist are all cool and very helpful lol

Do not book booster shot appointment at the pharmacy at this location. The Pharmacy manager Susan Chun is ill mannered and has not heard of customer service etiquette.

The Acme of Elmwood Park was within walking distance of my house but I chose to shop in Saddlebrook store for years.Recently I have seen the decline of the cleanliness of the store and a major breakdown in the maintenance of the refrigeration system. Milk was warm, cheese soft, and the freezer had major frost issues, ice cream looks like it's never rotated. Items have been lost in the back of the shelf to beyond the expiration dates. If the store manager and the parent company read these reviews, please take care of your store !

My partner and I came to this supermarket located in Saddle Brook, NJ to do our food shopping. This is our go to place only for Campbell's Spaghetti. Believe me we tried all the nearby markets, no one carries this item but here. Kudos to the purchaser! Social distancing is enforced. Thanks goodness their aisles are wide enough and clean. Unfortunately their prices are a bit steep. A box of strawberries costs $7. Elsewhere it's $3 cheaper. Maybe this could the reason why not too many patrons shop here.

I'm at this Acme nearly everyday and the only good qualms of this supermarket compared to their Shoprite counterparts are their random produce sales, beauty product sales, and friendly cashiers. Lines also tend to move faster than most supermarkets. It's often times hard to find what you are looking for at this location, things aren't necessarily organized the way you would imagine. Again, if you need just one or two items, sometimes I stop here to pick up some fruit on sale or seltzer.

My husband and I went to 6 stores yesterday looking fur rubbing alcohol. We were at the Acme in Saddlebrook, NJ when he LUCKILY FOUND 4 bottles of 70% rubbing alcohol, and 5 small bottles of hand sanitizer, which someone had obviously hidden behind some unrelated items. YES! we were VERY LUCKY!.

Grossly overpriced. In addition, the cashiers are the slowest on the planet! The store is not far from me, but I usually avoid going there unless it's an emergency and I don't have time to go to another store

I just heard yesterday now that Acme in Saddle Brook is closing in December. Woo hoo! Yeah, make room for bigger and better things!

Food everywhere is expired, produce is frequently moldy, frozen food and ice creams are ruined with freezer burn or have melted and re-frozen so it's ruined. Never enough cashiers when it's busy or any other time. This place is a total disgrace and the management does not care. It has been like like for the entire 3 years I've live in Saddle Brook. I don't come here any more unless I need toilet paper or ziplock bags. Shoprite is beating the Hell out of this place. Freshness, cleanliness, service, selection and prices are far and beyond better than this place. ACME, you need to step up! You're losing all your customers!! But wait, you don't care.

It's your average suburban supermarket. It's not as crowded as shoprite usually is . Their prices are nothing to rave over . They can be pricey if you do not buy everything on sale . If you only buy sale items then you might come out saving . What I feel really sets acme apart is their bakery section. Their pastries, cakes , and various other desserts are works of art . These items are what you would expect to see at a high end bakery. They are also very flavorful. I would say if you were to compare their bakery section to shoprite, acme would win hands down.
