My husband and I inquired about this company's services about a month ago and were told that he'd follow back up in a few weeks to see if we had made a decision. In the time in between, our cat was diagnosed with cancer and has required multiple tests, surgery, medication...and we're only half way through getting her better. As such, we decided to get a Uhaul and drive ourselves because it's more affordable. Taking care of our pet is more important than our comfort that comes with hiring movers.Anyway, we're about two weeks out from moving and I get a call 9:24 Saturday morning from, I guess the owner. He didn't identify himself right away either. He asked me about moving and I very politely said we we decided to do a Uhaul. Immediately, he said very abrasively and ignorantly, "Good luck with that." I was shocked at his rudeness so I quickly countered that it was the more affordable option before hanging up. Honestly my husband and I are both thankful that he did that because it confirms that we made the right call. You don't know what people have going on, man, and when someone declines your services, say thank you and move on. Don't respond rudely. Honestly, your level of customer service this morning confirms that you have no respect for your customers or potential customers, who had you been polite, would have referred your services to other people who need them. People are allowed to not use your services. Don't be rude to them when they simply explain they are going in another direction. But, I get it. I'd probably be rude too if I was hurting for business - that's why the company has less than 4 stars on Google.

Don’t Do it ! they intentionally give you a low quote to get your business then on moving day they blame the low estimate on someone else then charge you almost double what the original quote was. They pray on the fact that you’re in the middle of a very stressful time. Then when they damaged many other items, lost many of our items and offered us $111 to settle all claims damaged and lost items. It’s a total scam. Save yourself the frustration and stress just spend a little more on the front end and it’s worth every penny. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I would not recommend. I used them to move my family from VA to PA. We went through the house room by room over the phone and they quoted me a price which was reasonable. Than as we got closer they did another phone call with someone else and they determined there was more than originally estimated so the price went up. In order to make sure there were no more surprises my wife and I went through our stuff and donated a lot that we didn’t need from clothes to furniture but to our dismay when they can to pick up the Forman told us yet again we had more volume and our bill almost doubled but by this point we had no other options as we had to go. When they delivered our stuff some showed up damaged or not at all. Most notably my set of custom fitted golf clubs which were loaded on the truck in VA but they couldn’t seem to find them at delivery, their proposed remedy to me was to offer me $37 for the misplaced items which were over $3000.I recommended staying far away they find every way to keep raising the price than do nothing for you when things go wrong.

Do not use this company or New Jersey Transport seem to be the same , without drawing this out forever in short they are crooks .. arranged a move with NEW Jersey Transport and these guys showed up . As soon as arrived let them know had extra items to add last minute at daughters request move was arranged only 3 days earlier so as per my booking agent Steve (Only good one in group who seemed to care at all ) he could not adjust driver would . Hector walked the load and said was a 100 cubic feet over I disagreed and told him so he assured me would re examine once on truckOnce loaded he said was 100 cubic feet over additional $535.00 again told him I didn't think so and how was he coming up with that, my calculations of added items came out significantly less his response was it is almost 3 panels long I originally laughed thinking that was a joke that he was basing the new rate by looking at side panels in dark truck from 15 feet away but he was serious ..I told him disagreed and handed him a tape measure and asked him to just measure it , he refused at this point he started doing paper work and told me to sign the new estimate and bill I told him didn't agree and would he PLEASE JUST MEASURE IT ,he then told me no and said can take load off but would be charged an unloading fee I felt threatened he told me to call office when he left I tried to call then but as usual with these guys went right to voice mail I asked him again to measure at this point he picked up money paperwork and walked out the door , I immediately called office again and spoke to a young lady who said as soon as truck came back she would talk to driver and have load inspected and get back to me right away I asked her why wouldn't he just measure it answer I don't know , never heard back from Jessica , next morning I spoke to booking agent asked him same question why wouldn't he just measure answer I don't know he told me really out of his hands at this point and i understand that , I called office again and spoke to another young lady who said would look into and send me a detailed printout of the new items and the cubic feet associated with them never came . She said I should not have let them load it or should have taken it off I explained I felt threatened if did not sign didn't seem to matter I asked her the question whey wouldn't he just measure it her answer yep you got it I don't know . At this point there is only one answer I can come up he was ripping me off and he knew it and they know it and they don't care , i even asked for bosses name they refused I was able to get his information thru some associates I started to copy Oren Abuhasira on the emails to see if he had an answer to the question Why not just measure it as of now no response .. So I will stick with my conclusion THEY ARE CROOKS , I will continue to pursue this but wanted to give a heads up to anyone else thinking about moving look elsewhere

One of the delivery guys stole my gold hoop earrings which were in my closet on a shelf. There was no absolutely no reason at all to go in the closet. They made sure to stack moving boxes 6 deep in front of my closet door so it would take me some time to make the discovery. I got haggled for a tip at the end and I felt bad that I didn't have much cash left, only to find out one of the guys took their own tip (my earrings). A large chunk of my items moved from Texas never showed up and the stuff that did show up was banged up and beat up like absolutely no care was taken at all.

These were the worst movers I have ever had to deal with. They were subcontracted by Coast to Coast relocation services and did business under the name New Jersey Transport. They showed up late, had no regard for my 89 year old mothers items, charged her more than our estimate as they claimed the square footage was different than they estimated, but who would know? Then they told us the truck would be at the drop off between 9-11 and didn't come until 1:30, the bill of lading had no box count, they hired workers off craigs list to unload my mothers things, lost all of her sweaters, almost all of her kitchen items, in an over night move, made no effort to find them, though I called the driver as soon as noticed they were missing. They clearly did not clear and were grossly unprofessional. If you have any choice, do not use this company.

The drivers tried to force me to give cash when i used a credit card. Left half my stuff, damaged my furniture and packed my storage so my bent expensive mattress fell on me. Made me wait until 2 years using excuse of COVID only to find out they did not even have real moving insurance. Run far away!!! I have to sue them now.

Did not provide the COI in timely manner to schedule the move. They kept on buying time until 2 days prior to the move. Didn't refund the initial deposit stating 3 day notice clause knowing the fact that the delay is on their end. Stay away!

Wow what an experience ? they picked up my son's items on January 3rd and held them in storage until January 13th. Finally we received the furniture on that Sunday January 16th. The dispatch was nice but there are things about their CONTRACT that you must read. Like they can store your items up to 21 days. That it's only an estimate when talking to them on the phone, the real cost comes into play when they actually pack your items on the truck. To make a long story short. It seemed like they out serviced my move to Triple Z trucking and they were awesome. The driver called me the day before and his guys that moved the items into the apartment were very nice. Use All in one at your own risk. My experience wasn't the greatest but working with Triple Z trucking located in Hollywood, Florida was the best. The guys that came from All in one to pack up my son's apartment was great, everything was packed and wrapped nicely. My son received all of his items nothing missing or damaged. JUST READ YOUR CONTRACT

On Aug 13 I had my Items picked up by All in one moving company. They came early and packed up all of my item. I watched and counted everything and so did they. It came out to be a total of 26 items and everything was marked down. Before reading the contract I was told that it would take about a week for my belongings to get to me. I moved into my apartment on august 15 and called very often yo check on my belongings and every time I called I was told 2/3 days. I was told 2/3 days every week literally up until the day that my items arrived. The day that my items did arrive, the driver brought in broken items and immediately I noticed that I was missing items. I counted everything and it came out to 20 items. 6 items were missing. When I told the driver that my items weren't all there he tried to convince me that they marked some boxes twice. Believing what he told me I signed off on all the paperwork and started going through my boxes and noticed that I was in fact missing multiple boxes. I called the driver back about 30 minutes after he left and he informed me that I had to file a report through the company. I want to note that all of the items that I am missing are very important to me and also cost a lot of money I'm missing All of my nail supplies (over $2,000 worth of product) All of my waistbeads (over $500 worth of product) And ALL of my shoes (over $1,000 worth of product) I paid a total of 2,200 (I could be more the price changed the day off and I'm not exact on the number) This situation is really causing me allot of stress because everything that I had for my business is gone and that's how I paid my rent. I have absolutely nothing now. I'm having to start from scratch because my items weren't a priority for the company. This was the worst moving experience and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with everything that I'm going through in this moment

This moving company is pretty standard (hence the 3/5 stars). They were contacted by a mortgage broker (Countrywide Relocations) to do the move from MD to MI. They estimated the move via Facetime, and then when they came to move my items, the moving price increased from $6k to $9k when all my items were packed and inventoried. The thing is, I've dealt with this for other moving companies as well (even the more known ones). In fact, I asked the other reputable moving companies first for estimates, and they were still much larger than what I finally paid for AIO (and other movers I dealt with also jacked up the price during the move as well). Overall, the pickup movers were polite and efficient with packing, disassembly, and moving.Delivery was also pretty straightforward. I had to delay the earliest move date for personal reason, and AIO was accommodating. The delivery arrived 11 days after pickup. My items were stored in a warehouse after pickup and then delivery was subcontracted out to someone else (once again, pretty standard for moving and companies). The delivery mover was nice and also reassembled all my furniture.I've done moves with the more reputable movers, and AIO is pretty standard. In fact, AIO didn't break or lose any of my items, which is more than what I can say about the other reputable movers. Just know that when you're moving, you're working with a business whose main goal is to make profit. If you're aware of that and protect yourself accordingly, and AIO isn't that bad (at least for me).

Took 11 days for my things to be delivered, and no one contacted me to give me updates. I called multiple times to check in (no one reached out to me) and was given varying explanations each time for delays. I was told my stuff was in transit when in reality it sat in a warehouse for 9 days. Finally the movers came on day 11, and even then came an hour later than their proposed time window--again, no one contacted me to give me an update; I had to call.At the end of the delivery I called the office and explained how they told me my things were in transit over a week ago when in fact they were never moved. Because of the poor communication and plain dishonesty I asked for a partial reimbursement/discount. With a no to that request, I asked for at least an explanation for why they lied. Never got a straight answer.Complete lack of trust or confidence in this company. One star because the folks who physically loaded and unloaded my things were nice.

This moving company is the absolute worst. The quote to move the contents of our house was increased to 4 times the original quote. I could go on. Right now our furniture, clothes etc are being held hostage by All in One movers. They say what you want to hear and then "shock" you with a huge bill. NEVER use this company! Your bill will be off the hook and your belongings are held hostage. Terrible, terrible business.

Worst business experience of any private company. I requested a refund from this moving company after determining their services to be woefully inadequate and unprofessional by reviews (I planned my move months in advance and made the mistake of paying their $100 deposit). Their contract and representatives agreed that I would receive a refund that would take up to 10 business days. It has been more than 30 days and no refund has been issued. They have a customer representative email for refunds... I have sent 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks with no reply, I also called multiple times to request the deposit refund as agreed. If this is how their business operates they certainly will not be getting any of mine.
