“I needed an urgent repair on my bike and couldn’t find a shop in the area that would be open around my availability hours or would take my bike. I was hoping it would be a quick repair that turned into a massive job. The guys took their time to find an issue (turned out there was a hole in the brake cable) and made sure my bike was functioning properly before allowing me to bring it home. Funny thing is I had my bike fully serviced less than a month ago at a well known bike shop and they weren’t able to spot an issue. The staff was super nice to me and I appreciate their help!”
“Ive called a few times and my call was always answered so politely and kindly. Today, we called for a tire and tube on labor day Monday. To my surprise they were open, we swung by and had the bike fixed, brakes tuned, items tightened and chain greased in 20 minutes. We will definitely be returning for any needs or new bike purchase.”

Will is responsive to the hundreds of questions I have in person or over text (even when I am asking for products and recommendations on purchases I am making individually). Recommendations are informed, and based on my needs, often leading to the cheaper options when better suited. Attentive to needs and accommodating of my more urgent requests prior to races. Service is technically of high quality. Would definitely recommend, especially if looking for more technical and custom services.”
