I needed a rear window wiper for my 2021 Rav4 and went to P&A and got the right wiper and got a senior discount too! Woman who assisted me was very helpful and even offered to install it, but I did it myself. I wanted to learn how to do it. I will return to this store for future purchases. Local and great service!

I tried to call this location to speak to the owner or manager about a return and was hung up on twice. Don’t waste time and money at this place try a box store you’ll get a better price and better service as it seems that multiple locations have idiots answering the phones for this company . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS

They ussually have what you're looking for or get it for you from another store. Service is not very friendly and my brake caliper casting didn’t fit exactly. Careful with their aftermarket parts. I guess you get what ya pay for.
