You have about an 80% - 90% chance of horribly poor service here. There will randomly be a rep who is helpful and kind, but they're few and far between.I've given this location multiple chances simply because of its location - but today was the last. After sending my deposit slips via the drive-thru, being told it would be "just a minute", and then waiting over 15 minutes, I buzzed to call the teller. There was no response, but instead - the tube system whirred to life. That's fine, I reached in to take out the tube...only to have the rep recall it - closing the door on my hand. After skinning the back of my thumb while yanking my hand out as the door closed, the rep came on and said it would be "just a minute". I told her that that was what I had been told almost 20 minutes prior, that the tube had just been delivered back to me, and that she had closed the door on my hand while I was reaching for the deposit receipts... her reply was that the tube had been called back because they forgot to process my deposits and had only sent back what I initially provided. Hurt, angry, and disappointed - I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went into this branch a few days ago with the intentions on making some changes to my bank account. I had the luck of being assisted by Chrisandra who was an absolute joy to be assisted by. I thought this would be just another boring trip to the bank but it was not. Before I knew it I was laughing, smiling and handling business. I left the lobby and felt lucky to had been serviced by her! Chrisandra thank you for you kindness, welcoming demeanour and for your great service!

I opened a savings account with a Personal Banker at the branch. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to open the account easily. There also were more security checks than other banks that I have opened accounts with. I was very impressed by the service. They demonstrated exceptional professionalism.

I reported them to the federal comptroller, the service is awful. The didn't even put my full name on my card and charge ridiculous, excessive fees since their online available balances do not update accurately. They asked me to come in a close the account, when I showed up, they said I had to wait until Monday. I was able to convince 6 others to close in the meantime and will be meeting with an attorney regarding a class action suit

Worst bank EVER. Takes FOREVER for checks to clear. But even worse, I deposited a FEDERAL REFUND check into someone's account because I owed them money not knowing they do not accept 3rd party checks. and even though they had $ in there to cover the credit card payments that were made, they were issued many $30 uncollected fund fees because instead of withdrawing from the money in there - they withdrew from the FEDERAL REFUND CHECK SIGNED OVER TO THEM THAT COLUMBIA BANK WOULD NOT ACCEPT? Instead of taking out from the cash that was in there. Not to mention, good luck with finding a branch unless you stay within a 10 mile radius.
